I arrived at the appointment after confirming the appointment for the second time before leaving my house. Upon arrival the receptionist notified me that the test that I had requested could not be performed on a weekend and that I would have to reschedule. Not only was this an extremely expensive test but I wasted 4 hours of my day driving to have this done. She told me that they tried to call and let me know but I have absolutely no missed phone calls, text or emails from them and I confirmed the appointment the morning of. This is so unprofessional. Do not waste your time or money with this group.

The staff are educational, respectful, & efficient! The other places I have been to get a U/A test done were slow, staff slow, waiting times horrible. Keep your vehicle keys, DL, & paper on you if possible. Leave everything like a jacket, hat, drinks, foods, cell phone in vehicle. Otherwise, you're taking them off & placing it in a 1 hanger & security box. You hand them your paper & DL. They give you back your DL. You sign your initials & date of today twice on a band for a U/A. Then go to the 3rd door on your L. No handwashing or flushing before or after you get your clean catch U/A sample in a cup. Then you place the U/A cup on their white chuck on their counter. You can proceed to wash your hands, gather your stuff, & go back up to the front desk. They will then have you sign their pad to their computer. Then give you a copy. That's it!

The wait time was minimal and there was only one paper to fill out, instead of an entire stack. The lady performing my MRI was very accommodating and comforting. She made sure I was comfortable and not anxious prior to starting and assured me it would not take very long. I highly recommend Premier Radiology for your MRI, upon leaving they burned a CD of images to take with me. Overall a 5 star experience.

They do not have an true open MRI--they have one that is somewhat larger than the average one but…read moreyou will still be cranked up until you are very close to the machine. I was told that it was the only one they had ever had, but I do not remember ever being in that particular machine. I would never have been able to do it so either I am going around the bend or they are already there. Wasted my morning!

Long story short the lady that performed my mammogram ( Karen I believe I'm not good at remembering names) was the best medical professional that I have ever encountered. She made me feel as comfortable as a man getting a mammogram could. The lady had me in tears almost with her bedside manner and humor. This was my second time going here. Last visit was in 2014 for a pre-employment drug test. This…read moretime was the same. There was 1 lady there working all by herself but luckily they weren't busy. She was super nice and professional and made the whole experience better than my previous visit. In total it took about 15 minutes from enter to exit. That's how it should be. I was allowed 4 minutes this time instead of 2 and I wasn't treated like a druggie or looked down upon at all. The last visit I had was not good, I felt I was labeled as soon as I walked in. Anyways, I passed the test we chatted and that was it. Like I said, much better experience this time. Glad things have changed there. If I ever need another drug test I will try to choose this place. Thanks.
