Today I had the #3 burger and it didn't disappoint. Fries are always hot and whole fries no bits & pieces. That's a big plus! The lines do get long so bring your patience.

It's all blocked off with cones everywhere, super confusing, and if something happens you're basically stuck unless you start moving cones yourself. Definitely inconvenient just getting in.But aside from that, it's still a 5-star spot. Customer service is always on point, no complaints there at all. In-N-Out is just a staple in Southern Cali you already know. If you go, you HAVE to try this: protein burger, well done, double tomato, no spread, whole grilled onions, and fries extra crispy if you don't like crunchy fries get them medium well the fries. Trust me. About to eat this in my car with the little lap cover they give you, which is honestly one of the coolest things took pics of everything too. All the locations I've been to are very clean. If something's messy, just tell the front staff and they'll handle it fast. Food was great as usual. Ambiance was crowded but not too Bad…read more Service was very good, as usual as well, and most especially from a young man named Oscar that was tending the area around the tables; my wife and I were very impressed with his excellent '5 Star' work attitude', his attentiveness, his pleasant personality, etc. He could defenitely be a good candidate for a future managerial position. Outstanding Service -- Daniel Made the Difference…read more From the moment my wife and I arrived, this visit felt different in the best way possible. As we walked up, Daniel was cleaning the front area. We made eye contact, and without hesitation he immediately opened the door for us. That simple gesture set the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional experience. We placed our order and expected the usual wait, especially since the restaurant was completely full. To my surprise, our food came out in about half the usual time. Even more impressive, everything was perfect -- truly perfect. The food was on point, and the entire staff seemed genuinely happy, working together like a well-rehearsed symphony. That kind of atmosphere is rare and doesn't happen by accident. After finishing our meal, I began cleaning our table when Daniel appeared again and politely asked if he could take our trash. I recognized him immediately and made sure to thank him for how much I appreciated his service that evening. Throughout our visit, I watched Daniel consistently interacting with customers, cleaning, and making sure tables were ready the moment they became available. His attention to detail, work ethic, and positive attitude stood out in every way. I honestly don't know if this is the result of exceptional leadership at this location or if his parents did an incredible job raising him -- but either way, I was blown away. Please make sure this feedback reaches Daniel and his manager. He deserves real recognition. He is the kind of employee who makes a lasting impression and elevates the entire brand. A future leader for sure. I usually visit the Eastlake location, but after this experience, this restaurant is officially my new favorite -- and Daniel is a big reason why. Thank you for an amazing experience.

This person was in a hurry to get the order out and immediately closed the window right after handing me my order. I didn't even get a chance to ask for napkins. When I looked up at the window it was closed and the person had walked away. I was so hungry only reason why I took a few bites. Trash! What happened to Wendy's! I remember ordering the same meal and the chicken pieces were huge and juicy! It's gross and not worth the time or money! I ordered the Spicy Chicken combo and my little girl ordered chicken nuggets and fries which were also dry a total of about $30 bucks! I don't mind paying but this is not, ok. Do not go to this Wendy's! Very disappointing! The staff lack customer service skills and the quality of the food sucks even more.

Today 04/28/25, I made a stop at one of my nearby Wendy's locations in which I have been coming for…read morethe last 4 years due to being close to my work. I placed an order for a biggie bag.  The cashier did not ask if it was for dine in or to go. When my name was called, I told the employee it was for 'to go.'  The employee named Cesar began to mock the casher saying it was her job to ask.   I told Cesar its okay, just please give me a to go bag and I got it.  He proceeded by saying he's got it but very aggressive on handling my food.  I again repeated myself , "please stop touching my food, I got it."  Cesar did not listen to me after several attempts of asking him to stop.  In the process he used his bare hand/fingers on handling my fries and specially the nuggets.  The burger was wrapped so it did not matter. At that moment, I told him to please give me another set of nuggets and fries since he touched them with his bare hands. Rather than listening to the customer's request (me), he then stated that's how we handle them , with our bare hands en quote.  I said, that's not how it's done, so please give me another set of nuggets to replace the once you touched. While attempting to replace my nuggets, he kept on mocking me and making fun of the situation.   So I then asked for a manager.  A manager named Joselyn came out.  I tried to explain to her what happened but she did not handle the issue very well.  She proceeded like it was not a big deal.  She replaced my nuggets but at the same time she allowed Cesar to continue to mock me.  Instead of removing him she allowed him to mock all the way to the end, I've never had this type of incident happen before at any restaurants or fast food places.  Wendy's cannot allow an employee to unsatisfactorily handle food like this , admitting in front of everyone 'that this is the way'.  The employee in the customer oriented business cannot mock a customer in the presence of a manager.  A Wendy's manager should know better on how to better handle situations like this and must treat this seriously.  Having an employee continue to mock a customer is not leadership. I hope this email finds someone that cares about your company as I expect both Cesar and Joselyn to be reprimanded.  As this is not Okay at any level..  On my way home I lost my appetite for the food I bought as it was very bothersome having this experience. I routinely eat at this location alone or with my employees/contractors and friends at least once or twice a week.  I demand for something to be done, as this is unacceptable to any valued customers.

Ok so I haven't had Carl's Jr in years due to multiple bad experiences, but I just wanted to say…read morethis one rocks! I had a super bad day, had to get crutches in the hospital, was there all day, and starving. First off, the employees taking the order were very polite. I ordered a Famous burger with added bacon and an Oreo shake. Not bad, fries were good - quality of better than Wendy's or McDonald's (in my opinion). The tall bigger guy at the window was super nice and chill, wish I knew his name to thank him. Next when I got my Oreo shake they put EXTRA whip cream. Now I'm the kind of person that loves extra whip cream, asks for it, and never gets it. This one time I didn't ask and they seriously blew my mind and expectations. For a minimum wage job, most people half ass it and don't care, but it seemed like this guy was on it for everything. He asked if we wanted sauces and I requested ranch. Typically a fast food place will only give out one sauce if not specified due to tight rules/budget/not caring. But I got 3 buttermilk ranches and HELL YEAH. I'm not one to compliment lightly because I previously worked in the food industry so I understand the ins and outs - but for what this place offers they did an awesome job and I really hope that tall guy can get some recognition. Thanks Carl's Jr! Haven't been here in years but now I know I'll be back. P.S the Oreo shake is pretty bomb. Sweet though, so if you don't like sweet don't get it. If you do - enjoy the ride.

To get…read moreanything resembling service you need to use the app. I recommend it anyway because the rewards are very good. I get something free like 2/3 of the time that I use the app and I still have tons of points. If you use the app, order in advance, and either show up in the drive through or to the pickup window, you will usually get what you need, quickly, and without hassle. Well, what if you need something that's not in the bag or have an extra request? This is where it gets ugly. In the In the vast majority of locations I go to, there are all kinds of customers milling around and waiting for this or that, while a single employee slowly helps them one by one, and all the other employees ignore them. The only people that get service are those who raise their voice. The experience they've created of peering into the small opening to the kitchen as a customer, hoping someone will help you is just not where it's at. HOWEVER ... I visit this location in the mornings and often eat there in person, and at least when it comes to that, and using the app (this is very important)... I get very good service. The woman who seems like the manager in the morning is just so kind, and is always checking to see if anyone needs anything. If you're eating in, order on the app at this location and have it brought to your table. If you do need something, ask the person who brings you your food. (You shouldn't have to do this normally). It's just a much better experience than using the touch screen, trying to order (just absolutely don't) at the front counter, etc. That's when the new McDonald's really stinks it up. Employees like the morning manager are the types of people all McDonalds should be looking to build around and it seems like from other reviews they need someone like her to be there at night. But, I had to stick up for this particular McDonald's just a little because of my experience, and they have a 4.0 rating on Google which is pretty solid for a McDonald's.

This McDonald's is one of the busiest locations, and now you wait longer than ever. They really need to train more employees or get staff who are willing to help move the line along. I waited about 40 minutes for an iced coffee, and the only reason I stuck around was because I was already in line. I also ordered a cheeseburger, and I regret it. Service needs a major improvement the remodel didn't fix that.
