Worst McDonald's in Chula Vista and that includes the one that got shot up by San ysidro years ago. This McDonald's can't go an order without either forgetting sauces, getting half empty fries, or something else being messed up like the soda. I only come to this one because it's the closest one to my house and after I asked a worker why they always get orders wrong, their response was "if you always complain go to a different McDonald's", which is what I'm going to be doing from now on after not even being able to get a replacement drink after getting the wrong one last time I came. Oh my sweet baby Jesus, I have found the worst McDonald's ever. I had just gone to a concert at the amphitheater nearby with 20k people and a nightmarish parking queue. And we still got to a spot faster than this drive-thru could get us to the window. At least that concert had 3 hours of great music and margaritas. This McDonald's had only depression. I don't normally do this because I know fast food workers have it rough, but I have to because this was beyond bad. There were only six cars in line. We waited in line for 45 minutes. So long that the cars behind us were honking and screaming about the wait. When we finally got the the window, they had no idea where our order was. The manager on duty then asked me twice what my order was. He then just stared at his screen, said "I don't know" and walked off. My dude, all we ordered was nuggets, fries and two cheeseburgers. He didn't come back with an answer, and so we drove off hungry. And that was that. Never seen anything like it and hope I never do again. They're currently running a special that gets you a free medium fry with the purchase of a sandwich, I figured that was a steal. Y'all. The picture says it all but how is it that there's a pickle on my sandwich that is almost the same size as the chicken nugget they put on my sandwich? The splatter of sauce was bigger than the chicken. I don't think I'd recommend this sandwich. I just bought the happy meal to get a toy from the movie Inside Out 2. When I reviewed my order prior to leaving the second window, I checked my happy meal to find out that I did not receive the "red" character. I politely asked the customer service to exchange my toy for a character from the movie Inside Out 2. She told me that they did not have any toys available, I requested to talk to the supervisor, and she lied straight to my face and told me that they did not have any toys as they run out of the toys this morning. Unfortunately, the (female) supervisor/manager did not know that I asked the attendant on the first window about the toy, and she kindly showed me the "red" character in all the happy meal boxes behind her. I definitely do NOT appreciate the manager/supervisor lying straight to my face like if I did not know what I was talking about. She even dare me to go inside the store and see for myself. I asked her to write in the back of my receipt a statement saying that I could collect a character from this movie and she asked me to move to the parking space number 1. A few minutes later a young man approached my car with the receipt and with the "red" toy from the movie that was FOUND in less than two minutes - I replied "Oh, so you have the red character", he replied "found it"; I replied back "If you found it is because you have it all this time". Of course, the manager/supervisor did NOT write any statements on the back of my receipt. Poor customer service from the (female) supervisor/manager who lied more than once when I told her that I just have seen the red toy and, of course, no apologies. I come through the drive thru often as it's near my office and they consistently mishear or receive orders incorrectly. I can't tell you how many times I've placed an order only to have a snarky person reply passive aggressively or noticeably uninterested to each item I ask for over the speaker. When I reach the pick up window after payment I'm hurriedly handed bagged items but I'm often missing something that I asked for. This one was relatively clean and I liked they had the AC blasting on a muggy day. Their customer service was good as well. Cashier acknowledged me and was polite.
