This rude woman working, named Nicole N. gave a full attitude when we were asking for sauce. We asked for a handful and she was like "so 4?" in the rudest way possible. and we said "a little more than that you know just a handful" and like I get if she has to type in how much but like she could've typed in anything and just give it. and she goes "so how much?" The lack of quality and the asinine food given is incredibly infuriating. Time and time again have I consistently received inaccurate and questionable orders. The latest of which has what is seemingly regular BBQ sauce slathered over what was supposed to be the "BBQ potato chip flavor" popcorn chicken and mozzarella sticks. Every other location is fast in moving the line and giving out the food. This location is the closest to me, but I avoid it like the plague and I rather drive an extra 10 minutes to the Jack In The Box across Southwestern College; I get my food faster there with the round-trip drive included--not exaggerating one bit! It's a hit and miss with this location. There have been times when my order is accurate then times when I have to ask them, who's order is this???! The customer service here is mediocre. The French fries are not always fresh. Twice I had to my park my car, after ordering through the drive thru and walk to request fresh fries. It appears that mostly teenagers work here which may explain the inaccuracy of orders, mediocre customer service and looong wait times. Overall this restaurant is extremely clean inside. The tables are always wipe down & free of debris. My kids love the ultimate cheeseburger, bacon ultimate cheeseburger, seasoned curly fries and mini churros. Customer Service. Visited a little bit after 10pm and the crew was fast, friendly, and quick. We didn't have any issues maybe because we were the only ones inside. The drive thru was busy though. 3). so I don't eat at JBo's often... And a never actually "dine in"... But since this is a new location and we had time to kill, we decided to eat in.. This location just opened.. Lots of parking, south side of Otay Ranch mall. Eventually this place will be taken over by all the kids in neighboring schools... But at this time, it's not busy at all. Food is your normal Jack in the Box fast food, nothing different. But it was brought out to us in trays! I got a jumbo jack on sour dough bread. I stay at the hotel down the street often and I hadn't been to this location yet, after reading all the bad reviews I decided to try it anyway since I was hungry and it' was convenient. The reviews weren't lying, this place is very unorganized, I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes in line waiting to pull up for my food, every car in front of me had to wait a long while to get their food. When I finally got to the window the kid that was there didn't even know what I had ordered, I looked inside and there was one girl just standing there on her phone not doing anything, looks like they have one cook trying to take care of every order they take. I understand they're a bunch of teenagers but they have to be held to some kind of standards. When I finally got my food and drove off the line of cars was out to the parking lot, it's safe to say I won't be coming back here again no matter how convenient it might be.
