I'm usually a really BIG tipper but when you pay just short of six $$$ dollars for a single pastry these days, I don't see why you should tip when basically all someone has to do is ring it up for you and throw it in a bag.You know what I mean? So lately, for the first time in my life I'm starting to not tip at places like this. I feel a bit guilty, but I am retired. I think the way to do it is to throw a dollar in there every third visit or something, just my feeling. A cumulative tip.Ha! Anyway, the staff is always real pleasant and kind. I just overheard a gentleman say to his wife as he was walking out the door: "This tastes better than Starbucks" while sipping one of those fancy triple layered multicolored drinks. There is usually plenty of outdoor seating and easy parking. There is also a bunch of great little shops nearby, including SEES candy and a handful of restaurants, etc. Target, Michaels, HomeGoods, you know the normal Mini-Mall "flif-flof'. It's a very pleasant spot. Look for: "COUNTRYSIDE MARKETPLACE " just off of Newport/Haun Rd near Highway 215. Let me pop back inside and throw a couple of shekels in the "tip jar"!
