Truly a hidden gem. This was one of the best chicken shawarma bowls I have ever had. They give a lot of meat and a lot of topping choices. My favorite part was they have rice options: white with pilaf and yellow. I'm not a big fan of the yellow rice a lot of the time so I was great having that option. They have a lot of sauce options as well. I enjoy going to these type of joints and you can see everything. You can literally pick what you want and get the amount you want. I really enjoyed this place! We went here based on recommendations from the internet, and it didn't disappoint. We tried the chicken and beef shawarmas, and they were both on point. We also didn't feel like the food was too heavy either. We ate it as a late lunch but didn't want to feel too full before dinner. My only feedback was that the employee behind the counter just felt like he was working really slowly, and a line started growing for what felt like no reason at all. Also, as we got to the ends of our shawarma wraps, it got REALLY messy. Still delicious, but, I definitely got some sauce on me and the table as it was leaking out of the paper wrap. Oops. There's no shortage of places like Ten11 in Metro Detroit, but Ten11 does it best. Full stop. I always get falafel when I go out. This falafel is hands down the best. Not too dry and crumbly. Not too oily from being fried. It's the perfect texture, size, and flavor. My husband really liked the chicken shawarma in his bowl, but said the falafel was even better. The yellow rice is also phenomenal and really elevates these bowls to the next level. Do yourself a favor and get the Ten11 sauce. You won't regret it. If you need a side (we really didn't with how big these bowls are), my toddler thinks the curly fries are the best creation known to man. This place is a winner for me and my fam. Food is good, however the care for the delivery order was disappointing for how much I paid ($16.80 for one bowl not including the delivery fee). I ordered a chicken shawarma bowl and since I was ordering delivery, I selected the option to have my creamy garlic sauce on the side so the rest of the ingredients did not get soggy on the way to me. My food was delivered with no sauce on the side nor on the bowl which is very disappointing eating a dry dish. It also is sad that the restaurant limits me to 5 toppings to choose from on DoorDash, not even an option to up charge for extra toppings if I wanted. I also noticed that the lid of the take out container does not attach well to the bowl. My delivery driver easily could have spilled it all in the bag. The lid was off when I opened the bag and I noticed this when trying to put it back on. Please pick new take out containers that can be securely closed. I do appreciate the "tamper-proof" bag these are delivered in, but that also shows the restaurant to blame in these mistakes versus the delivery driver. If I try ordering again, I will be picking up myself to ensure I get everything I paid for. read more

I tried this place once in the past and decided to stop in on my lunch break. The food has significantly improved from a few years ago, there's more flavor, more toppings, and they're fresh. The yellow rice was sooo good I was so glad that they had yellow rice. I just wish that they put more rice. The girl actually took some rice out of my bowl, which I thought was weird. She didn't even put much to begin with. I put a variety of toppings: chicken shawarma (it was okay needs some seasoning or something), tabbouli (will discuss later), hummus, tzatziki, chickpea salad, black olives, feta, fattoush and spicy garlic dressing. The dressings were really good and they have a lot of options, same goes for topping options. I had a problem with the tabbouli. I don't think the parsley had been washed properly because it was very crunchy and didn't really look clean when you observe it. I'm really big on cleanliness. By the name of the place, I never thought it was a middle eastern fast casual style restaurant, but glad I went in to try it. Here was something on the menu that isn't usual at a middle eastern restaurant, Chicken Shwarma on a Sub Bun. It is a nice change from pita and I'm glad I tried it. It was delicious. Since it's a close place to eat, I can make this a regular place to visit. I'm looking forward to trying more here. It pains me to give 3* to a place that has such great potential. The people who run the grill are pleasant and helpful. This is a Naf-ish concept of having lots of toppings and sauces for your shawarma (chicken or steak) or falafel. You can have it in a bowl, a salad or sub. I love the sub concept instead of pita. However, rather than have the shawarma freshly cut from a rotisserie, it is grilled to order from the fridge. The problem with grilling is both lost time (especially during a lunch rush) and the risk of over grilling when making four or five at a time resulting in a dry product. So it was with my chicken shawarma sub. The shawarma was overdone and dry. The bun could not accommodate all of the toppings so it was a mess to eat. Altogether the taste was ok and it was a good value for under $7.00. It was a bit disappointing because the sub had the potential to be great.It has only been open for a few months and I am sure that the product will improve. This place has been on my radar for a while now and I finally got around to visiting tonight. I was as delighted as I hoped I'd be based on others photos. All the food looked and tasted pretty fresh. I went with the salad and used tabbouli as my base and then added all the veggies I could on top! Generous portions. Colorful and flavorful toppings. Tabbouli was on point. Variety of sauces. I would say it's the Mediterranean version of Chipotle. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was bc it seemed dimly lit and the greeting wasn't the friendliest. Quick, good, and clean! Love coming here. They've been open throughout covid pandemic and have been my go to when I don't feel like making food at home! Buffalo wings are soooo good! It's criminal to give this place anything less than 5 stars! The employees are mad friendly and super professional. The food is just mind blowing. Fresh, tasty and has flavor. Most importantly it has flavor. I drive 30 mins all the way from Troy to pick up. If only they moved closer. Prices are a little bit on the higher side, but they don't skim on the portions. Also, they're not stingy with the sauces compared to literally every other place. Glad to see such healthy ( flavorful) options come up in metro Detroit. My brother has been telling me about this place for a while now and I finally decided to give it a try. The food was fresh and the chicken was seasoned well and went from the grill to my bowl. When I first walked in my first impression of the bowls were"dang I'm still going to be hungry afterwards" but to surprise the portions were big and I had some leftovers.
