A small unassuming shop filled with great food and a family dedicated to serving great food at a great price. Dinner came with salad or soup meat of choice pita and French fries. A small serving of hummus was also included. Flavor was excellent. I'd recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Come in and say hi to the Schwarma man!! read more

I've only had carry out from here. The food is always ready in good timing. I'm in love with their house salad. It has pomegranate seeds on it. They put the dressing on it so make sure to ask for it on the side if you like to put on your own dressing. I also get the house made hot sauce for my dinner (because I love spicy food). Lentil soup is tasty and had some under tones of lemon. The lemon rice soup is good as well. The fellas at the counter are nice. The inside is always clean and neat when I come in. They have a nice lunch special that goes from 11-3. The chicken shawarma is my go to. read more

We ordered the mixed tray for 2 with fattoush and hummus, chicken saute with rice and salad, and mo fries. Great food with some complaints. Complaints first: The meat shawarma was really dry, it was a bit old. It's still tasty, but the texture was off. 2 single pitas for this entire order. What? Outside of those, the food was dynamite! The fattoush included pomegranate seeds, which made it easily the best I've ever had, 10/10. The mixed grill included Shish Tawook- a little dry but delicious 8/10 Shish kafta - incredible flavor, also dry, 8/10 Chicken shawarma - Tasty but dry 8/10 Meat shawarma - Super dry, almost inedible. The beef kafta is good, very flavorful. The rice is fluffy and the toasted almonds on the top give a nice bite. I usually get the lentil soup, but the lemon rice soup was recommended, so I gave it a try. It was just okay...the rice was a little too done and more chicken would have been nice. Overall, good food, good service, "more than enough" portions. I'll be back for sure. read more

They are open for dine-in and caruntil 10pm. It's in a small shopping center, located by the majestic market and Cottage Inn. Ordered an OJ with carrot juice and a mango smoothie, spicy chicken gallaba, upgraded to a side of hummus, large house salad with shawarma, small salad, spicy hummus and a small tabouli. The house salad has pomegranate on it, nice. The small salad is quite big. I thought the small salad was my large salad. So not. The lentil soup is decent, smooth, it's processed to be super smooth. The spicy hummus is good, nice heat. It would be so much better with fresh pita. Only the bagged pita here. The tabouli is okay. Think there's still some dirt in there from the parsley. The large house salad is quite big, so much chicken too. I won't be able to eat it all. The shawarma meat was just okay, tad fatty. The dressing could use more flavor, it's a bit bland. The place is small, but it is clean and comfortable. There are many things to choose from, but the menu is straightforward. I went for the shish kabob sandwich with a side of hummus--pretty good price. I asked for the meat to be medium rare, and they delivered! The sandwich comes in a good portion. Not big, but not too small. Generous cubes of meat, cooked to perfection, and it tastes great. The bread was like any flat bread anywhere. I enjoyed the hummus. "They" came by my facility where I live and left their menu so I thought I would give them a try. They are one of those places that don't greet you, they stand and look at you! That's their greeting! Young guy who should have known better stood there. I explained how I happened to be there, they left menu blah blah. He said something about no box lunch and dark meat and a no talking older guy materialized. I ordered the beef with rice lentil soup. Young guy bagged it up. Couple of other ladies came In picked up their to go and left,no greeting. Kid gave me mine I accepted and I left. No thank you from him or me! Lentil soup was decent w/added pepper bread decent beef rice with spec cheese or eggs horrible absolutely no taste to none of it. Some white runny creamy stuff which I know could not have been hummus for the bread was awful. Middle Eats food and service was much much better. Ordered the chicken shawarma, hummus & tabbouli sandwich (added garlic too, cuz why not!) for lunch over the phone, and my first impression was, wow this person is really friendly! I was hoping the sandwich was as good as the service, and it certainly was. Very healthy portion of chicken shawarma, and the hummus and tabbouli made for an excellent combo in the sandwich. Ordered via Grubhub: Deboned chicken with hummus, Chicken shawarma wrap, stuffed grape leaves, spicy hummus, Tabouli. Got a call they were out of Tabouli. How do you run out of a staple of your cuisine? Anyway, they substituted a Fatoush salad. Though the Shawarma wrap had Tabouli on it. The pita they sent were the hardest chewing pita bread I've ever had. inedible. Grape leaves were good but the entire meal came to a halt when my wife found a hair in the deboned chicken! So we called them to inform them of this. When you call a restaurant to complain the food they delivered had a hair in it, you don't really expect their immediate response to be "how long is it?" Their reasoning? They said they had no women working there. WTF? Well it was about an inch long. Does that help? They offered to make it up to us but not going to risk more hair. read more

I had a Shawarma sandwich once about 3 months ago from this joint and it was succulent and delicious. This month (August 2022), I decided to order lunch again from Shawarma Man, because of the past good experience. I ordered two sandwiches: Meat and Chicken Shawarma. Now, my background is from that part of the world, Middle East, so I practically grew up with Shawarma and Middle Eastern wonderful cuisine. I know Shawarma very well, but those sandwiches I ordered were far away form being authentic Shawarmas. They tasted so bad I had to throw away half of them. Maybe the old Shawarma I tasted was one off, or maybe they have a new chef, I don't know. Anyways, the Shawarma sandwiches I ordered this time were terrible and non representative of the rich Middle Eastern food experience. No recommendation here. read more

The falafels were being made as we walked in, they are good, super fresh, not overcooked, soft center, quite yummy. Even better with their spicy tahini too. They were the best part of our meal, hands down. The bowls are packed to the gills, super filling. Tomatoes, raw radish, Jalapeño, yellow peppers and cucumbers look a bit dried out or not super appealing. I don't mind the red cabbage, would like the pickled cabbage or turshi more. Bowls are still not too bad. Good about of chicken shawarma meat and toppings. No skimping here. The staffers are quiet, but attentive. The crushed lentil isn't bad, no rice filler at least. Not a lot of flavor, but tastes healthier. The fattoush looks sad with the dried out radish, cucumber and unripened tomatoes. I do like the spicy garlic sauce, spicy hummus options, along with the shatta. The fattoush is ok, the dressing tastes rather perfumed to me, my husband says it's really lemony. It takes some getting used to for sure. Tried their pineapple and pomegranate and tropical fruit infused water, but it has way too much sugar. Good texture tho. I don't like the 3% credit card charge. There are no warning about that.
