We got there at 1956 and they stop taking orders at 2000. We had about four minutes for all three of us to pick a meal and place our order. With that being said, I'm not sure we got a full look at the menu but we're very happy with our selection. The food was delicious, filling, and very reasonably priced. One thing they did not do is refill our water. This seems to be a common thing in Sydney so maybe people don't drink much water or maybe you have to ask. We haven't quite figured that out yet.

We also recently discovered that we have been charged $2 each time we get the BBQ mesh grill changed. That is a bit of a slap in the face for paying a lot of money for dinner, yet NO OTHER bbq place I've been to in my entire life, has ever charged me this ridiculous charge. Now if they are doing this because people are changing their grills left right and centre, they should say $2 charge for more than 2 grill changes. We paid for the premium bbq at $56.80 pp and bringing us to over $500 in total so the $2 per mesh change does not make us feel like valued customers at all.

This was delicious. There were two in the serving. I then got the prawns and honey chips which was lightly fried prawns with a slightly spicy sauce and vegetable chips with a touch of honey. Again, delicious. I also ordered then salmon jalepeno which was thinly sliced pieces of sashimi on top of cucumber with a jalepeno sauce and jalepenos. Not spicy, but tasted very good. I also got an amazing "harmony tartare" (salmon belly, scallop, avocado and wasabi citrus dressing) YUM !! It was truly amazing to watch. The food? Amazing. We started with the ahi carpaccio, which was delicious. I could have slurped up the rest of the sauce with a straw. My husband and I both ordered the same ramen (kogashi shoyu with double toppings) and it was divine. The broth had so many dimensions of flavor, the noodles were fresh and chewy, the egg was perfect, and the meat was flavorful and not overly fatty. The only reason I won't be back before the end of our visit to Sydney is because there are so many other places I want to try.
