The technician proceeded to tell me he did an evaluation of what was wrong and the fee would be $75.00. Um.. no. I already know what is wrong with it, I only need a quote to place it. We are not repairing a 21 year old furnace. They backed stepped the service fee since there was an obvious miss-communication Their quote was $1,500.00 more than the company our property manager uses. So we went with them.
