When I asked about it, his response was "hire an electrician." That's not acceptable when hiring someone to install an appliance. If he didn't have the right skill set, he should've been honest and charged only for a service call. A qualified appliance technician later charged $150 and corrected several serious issues: * Drain hose was too low, risking backflow * Dishwasher wasn't secured and tipped forward when the rack was pulled out * Electrical wires were capped but not boxed, which could be dangerous if exposed to moisture All of these were fixed at no extra charge, and the dishwasher now works perfectly. We have been contemplating for a few months before the air conditioning went out to get a new heating furnace and I've been wanting to get a purifier and and blue light air cleaning system for clean air, and so I brought this up to Randy and he went over very reasonably prices on air conditioners, and heating units and I thought it was to good to be true!! After the thermostat was installed, it was like clockwork, received a text from Allison who works in the office asking how the work went and took care of the billing! It was awesome!! I am in a bad situation Bc of this company. I had previous services with them and called them for…read moremy AC unit which stopped working. A tech came out promptly, he worked on the ac with a couple tools and all of a sudden we heard a loud noise, saw a small fire and smoke coming out of my AC unit. The guy started stuttering saying the wires were "already burnt". He then said he had to "check something" and went to his car, we saw him driving away and put our hands up and tried to wave him down which he saw, and drove away quickly.
