All of them were about 3 weeks out. I can't wait that long. I called All Seasons, and the owner told me to bring it by and he would be done in a couple of days. He did say that if it was under warranty, that it would take a couple weeks because he has to get appropriate authorization. My mower, however, was not under warranty. When I brought it to his business, he looked at it and showed me the damage on the mower and told me as long as the shaft is not bent, I can be fixed. He called me later that day with a very reasonable estimate and said the parts were in stock and he could get them pretty quick. I got a call the next day stating the repairs were complete. Wow, that was fast! When I picked up the mower, it worked better than before it became damaged from hitting a rock. I used the mower that afternoon and it was like a brand new mower. I highly recommend this repair service. By the way, he recently moved, so when you call for service, get his new address and put it into your GPS.
