Excellent service from Astrum Glass!…read more We had an unexpected situation where a large window suddenly fell completely out of its frame. I called Astrum Glass on a Sunday, and they were incredibly responsive and came out the same day. Instead of telling us we needed a whole new window, they were able to repair the existing window and reinstall it properly, which saved us the hassle and expense of a replacement. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and did an excellent job. It's not easy to find someone willing to respond so quickly on a weekend, especially for an urgent situation like this. After my General Contractor took the payment, I had provided for replacing my wardrobe mirror…read moredoors, I was left without the installation. The contractor explained that he had not installed the doors because they were scratched. Seeking a solution, I reached out to Orange Mirror and Glass and spoke with Mike. He informed me that the doors should have been installed and later replaced if necessary. Mike promptly scheduled an appointment to take measurements for the new doors. Once the measurements were completed, I visited the showroom to explore available options. Although I originally had two mirrored doors, Mike recommended upgrading to a set of three mirrored glass doors. He explained that this would make the doors lighter and provide easier access to the closet. I agreed with his suggestion, and Mike prepared a detailed proposal, which he sent to me via email. Later that week, I received the proposal and was pleasantly surprised by the price. Orange Mirror and Glass quoted a cost that was 50% less than what my General Contractor had charged. I promptly signed the paperwork and paid half the amount via credit card to proceed with the order. On the day of installation, Orange Mirror and Glass arrived 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment time. I appreciated their punctuality, as it is uncommon for contractors to arrive early. The team removed my old, heavy mirror doors from 1973 and installed the new frameless doors efficiently within approximately 30 minutes. Based on this positive experience, I have decided that Orange Mirror and Glass will be my preferred glass company for all future projects.

The owner of Shower Royale contacted me right away. He asked whether he could come over in an hour, which was greatly appreciated so that he could talk to the contractor. Once he arrived, he was very cordial and polite. He got right to work measuring the area and then provided us some great options and prices - including finishes. He said he would need 3 business days to a week to get the glass for us once we ordered it. Because we were waiting to hear back from other vendors, we didn't commit right away. Days later, after a couple of disappointing missed meetings with another vendor, we reached out to him. He said he would take a Venmo deposit to order the glass. Two days later, he called me to let me know he had the item and could come over the same day to install it - which was awesome. He came over and installed the item within an hour. The glass looks wonderful. My wife loved it. We had a great experience with this vendor - especially with the price, quality of product, and the finish options.

They came in, measured, offered suggestions, then went away and ordered the custom doors, returning when our renovation was ready for the shower door install. There was some confusion on the first install with the quoted price quite a bit higher than a competitor bid. We found out they quoted us based on their most expensive option, which we really didn't need. This could have been a mix up with the contractor. Anyway, after discussing with them they brought the price down to be competitive. We were very pleased with their work and service that we went with them on our second door.
