From the guy at the front desk to the MRI techs, everyone was patient, helpful and friendly which was shocking since it was pretty early in the morning. The tech I had was really kind and made sure to explain every step and what to expect. Asked questions to make sure I was safe and felt comfortable during the procedure. This has by far been the best TVI location by far!

    I had my appointment at a different Radnet facility, but because their MRI machine doesn't go as…read morelow as they need it to for my spinal cord stimulator, they sent me to the facility at 25455 Medical Center Dr. Murrieta. I was able to check in immediately but was told they are running 15 minutes behind (it was 10:55am) The waiting room was pretty full but clean. The chairs are not comfortable and all have rips in the seat pans. Thru still have Christmas lights up and a skeleton on the door. Like what!! Why?? Anyway, I'm here because I have to be but would prefer to be at a facility that runs on time. We all have a life and we can't make list time. I overheard a person saying he was here waiting since 9:30am and he just got called to the back at 11:31am. This is uncalled for and very unprofessional. This is not how a medical facility should be ran. I'm still waiting at 11:27am and was told it's be another 15 minutes to be called back. My appointment was 10:50am. That's 40 minutes late!!!! I finally get called back to get my MRI. The girl tells me to remove all metal from my body and put it the locker while she goes to check on my device I wait for another 15 minutes or so and then gave to ask someone to check on her. She comes back only to tell me Trey can't do the MRI on me because their machine is not capable of doing it. She tells me I have to go somewhere else or maybe even a hospital. So I blew an hour of my time because their machine idiots from the very beginning don't know how to verify which facility has the MRI machine that can be used to scan me. Oh but let me be even 5 minutes late to the appointment and they threaten to not see me. Don't come here if you don't have to.

The room was packed already when we got there and only one person was called back before me. I deducted a star because the front desk people are not the friendliest and when I asked a question after my xray, I was treated like I was an inconvenience. Your saving grace was definitely the tech that did my xray, she was extremely kind and patient, very comforting during an already stressful situation.

However, if you need an appointment as soon as possible, you have to call. The service over the phone is hit or miss, and mainly a miss. One person I talked to wouldn't look at the dates available unless I answered several time-wasting questions. I hung up because I was so frustrated, redialed the number and got another person who found me an appointment without asking me time-wasting questions. I needed an ultrasound to rule out a blood clot and the soonest they could get me in was at the end of September. After a call to my doctor's office to get them to revise the order to asap, and after several calls to Radnet, I was finally able to schedule an appointment for an ultrasound. As for this particular location in Murrieta, I give the ultrasound technician a thumbs up for the serene setting she created in her room. It was very zen-like. I wish we had more options to choose from in our area for scans. Radnet is such a disappointment when it comes to customer service!

What can I say, first and foremost, the employee who did our scans, Emily, was fantastic. She made the entire visit feel so comfortable and stress free. She was super patient even though our little boy was being a little shy and not wanting to move his arms out from in front of his face. She gave us a lot of options for trying to get him to move into a good position and when he did move she immediately went and captured the better scans. We ended up getting better scans than we could have imagined and the experience was amazing for us and the brand new grandparents we brought along. The room they had us in was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. There was ample seating for adults and children and you could tell the whole place was designed from the ground up to maximize comfort throughout the experience. I can't give a better review for the time we had there and the memory we have now. Thanks very much Emily, this was awesome!

They had a nice cozy large room, big enough to bring your family. They were both so nice and made us feel comfortable. We are so excited to see the Real View Enhancement.     RADNET - Temecula Valley Advanced Imaging - Cal Oaks, Murrieta…read more Worst experience with an imaging center ever. I had a diagnostic chest CT because of a spot on my lung. The images were loaded to the portal on day 2, but 15 days later I still don't have the radiologist's report, nor does my pulmonologist! I have made 5 phone calls, 2 messages, a site maintenance request, and have been told by 3 people in Medical Records that they would email the report to me. It is still not available to me, nor to my doctor, who has also called and requested it. When treatment plans depend on diagnostic tests, those results are critical. Shame on everyone involved with the mistreatment of this information. I will never use the Cal Oaks office again and would advise anyone else to steer clear. Just a horrible, frustrating experience.

    My appointment got moved up a day because their newest office is not yet accepting my insurance. I…read moreended up here at the Murrieta office on Cal Oaks Road. My appointment was at noon, and I got a text to come in 15 minutes before my appointment, but it didn't matter because there was a short line in front of me anyway. I checked in and was helped by one of the ladies at the front desk. I filled out some paperwork before sitting down in the waiting room for a few minutes. I was then told to go to Suite 101, which is 2 doors down. I went, and the waiting room in there is half the size it is here. Fortunately, I was taken into the back to get my procedure done right away. I had a little mishap (my fault for not drinking enough water! Oopsie!) so I was told to drink more and wait in the waiting room. If the 1250 appointment didn't show up, they could take me. Otherwise, I would have to reschedule. I downed more water, sat, and waited as the clock ticked toward 1250 pm. Just as I was about to get up and ask to reschedule (I could barely hold it in at this point, lol), they called me back and completed my procedures. So glad I didn't have to reschedule! I do agree with others who say the staff could be more friendly and attentive. I went to use the bathroom in-between my 2 procedures, and when I went back into the room, one of the techs was sitting in the chair on her phone. She got up and did what needed to be done, and her assistant was nice. I could have been in and out within a half hour, maybe 45 minutes at most, but it was my fault for not prepping accordingly. I am satisfied with the type of care I received here and would recommend it to others. Just be sure to do what they say so you don't run the risk of having to reschedule!
