I called in advance to explain vulnerable situation. Had an appointment and they knew nothing about the situation upon arrival. Had to explain again. Consultation is quick and not by the doctor. He came in the room for 2-minutes to view me, then left. The assistant described the surgery is done under local anesthesia so you're awake, no thanks. An outrageous price was given, then assistant walked out and came back with a new number, it felt very car-dealership like. No follow up after consultation to see how I was doing, which spoke volumes considering my visit was due to an issue with his original work. In June 2021, I had a breast lift and small implant done (for volume). My consultation was very quick (which made me almost relieved thinking that I shouldn't be nervous because Sarosy must know what he was doing) and I mostly only communicated with the office manager, Sarah. Within 2 days of my June appointment, I was emailing her and letting her know something was majorly wrong. My implants had completely fallen to the sides of my breasts, I was in so much pain, and they were completely deformed. I emailed several pictures only to be told it was 'swelling'. After several requests to be seen (which I did not ever get to be seen by the surgeon), I finally made it to my first post op appointment about a week and a half after my appointment, but the morning of my appointment, the surgeon cancelled. I emailed Sarah in disbelief that he would cancel my appointment after all of the issues I had been having. She told me to come into the office and I did. Once she saw my implants it was very obvious by the look on her face that they were completely out of place and I was right to be concerned and that it was not swelling. She spoke with Dr. Sarocy and he agreed to do a second surgery, free of charge to fix the problem. Unfortunately, they talked me into a larger pair of implants saying that I needed to go bigger to get the desired fullness, and he was also going to put sutures on the sides to hold the implants in place. About 4 days after the second surgery it was very clear that the surgery didn't do anything but add extra weight and heaviness to my breasts and they still were sitting way to wide and look deformed. I have been in contact with Sarah ever since to come to a resolution. I had a consultation with another surgeon in Dr. Sarocy's office who I really liked and would have loved to have redo my surgery; however, they want to charge me $5,000 on top of the $7,500 I already paid to FIX the surgery that was not done right in the first place. I spent my life's savings to have a tummy tuck and breast augmentation here and it was the worst mistake of my life. I was rushed to ICU in San Diego because I lost too much blood during my procedure. The ER doctors repeatedly asked my boyfriend what butcher did this to her. I had to get 4 blood transfusions and kept in the hospital for a week under close observation. While in the hospital I swelled up so big the surgical garment cut into my rib cage, which left horrible scars. My surgeon, Dr Sarosy, was the only one authorized to change my bandages during my stay, so I had to lay soaked in blood for hours for him to come to the hospital and check on me. To top it off, my results left me feeling and looking worse than I did starting out. Weeks later I received a letter from the medical board wanting to do an investigation. Shortly after, Dr. Sarosy offered to redo my surgery and fix what was messed up and assured me it would go well. I hesitated, but was extremely dissatisfied with results from the first surgery and had no money to fix it. So agreed to go through with it. The day of the second surgery came, surprisingly the plans Dr had promised changed. He promised a fuller implant, he promised to fix my scar I received while suffocating in the hospital, and he promised to tighten my belly up. Well he didn't follow through with his promises. In fact my body looks worse than ever. Please consider carefully before choosing this place. My life is ruined and I have no money to do anything about it. I got a breast augmentation from him and at first I had too many red flags I didn't pay attention to, just because I thought he was the "best deal" so at first the staff is all "nice". Something you should NEVER do especially for such a huge change and surgery I was going into, I let them get to me so I picked the size i wanted and the type of implant I can say I'm NOT Happy with it! Also, my scars are HIDEOUS they look very sloppy and they are very thick!
