I've been to a lot of repair shops in the area with some good experiences and some horrible experiences as well. "Scott" helped me when I brought in my 2001 Lexus is300 for some evap system repairs. He was the most patient, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented mechanic I've ever met. He took nearly 15 minutes thoroughly explaining to me how evap systems work (which is above and beyond in my book) especially considering the lack of information other mechanics have provided me when I ask questions pertaining to repairs I'm getting done. Wow this place was a great last minute find. Needed an oil change quick. They got us in and only charged us $20 since we had our own oil and filter. There was an adorable puppy in the waiting room. There were comfortable couches for us to sit on and the oil change only took around 20 minutes. There was a TV for us to watch and a bathroom available. There was a little girl and her grandma who were doing some of the paperwork behind the desk. We had good conversation with them and they were very friendly. We would definitely recommend this place. My husband and I moved to Temecula about a year and a half ago and have used 2 auto shops. When we ran into some issues with the first one we decided to use I stumbled across Temecula Accurate Auto Care on Yelp and thank goodness I did. They have been working on our cars and we've been nothing but happy with the services. I first brought my IS300 in for an oil change, no big deal except they were able to get my car in on the same day. They have a nice clean little waiting room which was very convenient for me with 2 toddlers. There was a bucket of toys for the kids and clean, comfortable couches for my husband and myself. The oil change was quick and Scott was very upfront and honest about the prices. He let me know the oil I was requesting wasn't necessary for my car (with the way I was driving it anyway.) He let me know there was a cheaper option that would still be perfectly good for my car. My husband later brought his car in for an oil change and to make sure everything was running okay. They have extremely fair prices and the customer service is amazing. We're so glad we've found a great new shop for our cars and definitely recommend this place to all our friends. read more

The waiting room here is awesome. It's a totally different mood but still within that car theme. It's upbeat and funky to say the least. The bathrooms were stocked and clean. They even had a dog bowl!! I loved that--made things a little more comforting. The service was also good. Chris helped me with my car, and even broke things down on simpler terms when explaining to me. I left my overhead light on in my 08 Honda Civic and the battery died. Not really a big deal, until I found out that the locks in the car are completely electric, even if you manually use the key in the door, so I couldn't jump start my car because I couldn't get in it to pop the hood! I'm pretty sure Scott from Temecula Accurate Auto Care is actually a super hero disguised as a mechanic. He drove from the shop to my house in Lake Elsinore (about 20 miles) to do some Houdini stuff under the car and was able to get my car not only unlocked, but jump started! I've found my new favorite mechanic. All these positive reviews do not lie, these guys are the real deal. They are professional/respectful, you can bombard them with a 100 questions and they'll answer each one thoroughly and patiently. I never felt rushed during the process. They're very affordable from what I've come across, I sent out quotes for labor on yelp, and Accurate Auto Care got back to me very quick and had the best price for the job. When I say they had the best price, they beat some of the competition by half the cost. I found they offer a 3 month differed interest option, it allowed me to have a lot of maintenance done on two cars that I've been meaning to get done. Can't express how happy I am the work is done and I can pay it off monthly instead all at once. Lastly, the quality of work seems top notch. The engine bay looked clean along with no oily/greasy hand marks the paint. Inside the car also had no grease marks. I've been to places who didn't give a second thought about this kind of stuff. My wife and I had a surprise breakdown when her 2008 Lexus RX-350's alternator went which also killed the older battery. We had it towed to Scott. Long overdue review! but never left my mind! I called Temecual Accurate Autocare after seeing and reading their heartwarming message on their Yelp page! I gave a brief description that my wife's 2014 Nissan Rouge was not starting and Scott let me know I could bring it in next day. Scott is a man who is going to give it you how it is, no BS! A man you KNOW who's character you can TRUST. He clearly explained the issue with our SUV and related it in terms that I could understand! He explained everything he did to solve the cars issue and in my opinion, went above and beyond to get it fixed! AND! Explained that the issue is recurring, that they will keep the information on how they solved the problem for the car, so that if I wanted to return for their shop again l, that they would get me a lower price since they would already have our information on file. At the time my wife was 8 months and 3 weeks pregnant, the next day we drove the same car 90 miles to Long Beach with no problems to stay at my wife's sister's apartment because my wife was having some contractions, used the same car to drive my wife to the hospital when her water broke 5 days later, AND 2 days after that, we drove our healthy, 1 DAY OLD baby boy home, 90 miles back to Temecula. I haven't had a shop touch my cars in the past 15yrs. I initially took my car in to get the AC refrigerant drained (as I was planning to install a new AC compressor myself). They gave me a such a great quote to do the work, that it didn't make sense for me to do it myself. This is a great, honest shop. They have great prices and really know what they're doing. My 2008 Nissan 350Z has a little over 102,000 miles on it. When I applied the brakes while driving on the freeway, there was some vibration on the steering wheel. As I suspected, the original rotors on the car when I bought it in July 2008 needed to be replaced. This afternoon, Scott and Chris did a great job of replacing the rotors, pads and brake fluid - problem solved! They charge a reasonable price for parts and service, and keep my car running smoothly. Scott has always been friendly and helpful, they are totally competitively priced, the waiting area is clean and comfortable, and you can't beat the service. After my last oil change we became aware of a problem with my car burning oil. Scott explained it to me in simple and easy to understand terms. I left feeling disappointed in my Honda, but satisfied that they had helped me and not tried to talk me into costly and unnecessary repairs. But then, the next day, Chris went way out of his way to call me on Saturday, late afternoon, just to let me know that he thought the problem might be covered by the dealer. They could easily have recommended a costly and useless repair... Or they could have gone about their business never giving another thought to my problem... But he researched it and called me back and then offered to help me get the necessary paperwork together to take to the dealer... Talk about above and beyond! I was having car trouble while out of town. I had to take it to the nearest place and was told the transmission needed to be replaced .
