I have had a terrible experience with this Tampa location pharmacy. I received payment links for…read moreboth my prescriptions and I paid for both, but was only emailed the receipt for one. Then, I tried calling and leaving a message for a week straight, more than 7 times. NO ONE ANSWERS. And then when I would finally receive a call back I was put in a queue of more than 20 people in front of me. How does that make sense when I was not the one who called. Eventually I get only one of my prescriptions in the mail and I still could not get a hold of anyone and I seriously debated disputing the other charge. Finally this morning, after a week straight of trying to speak to someone, I finally was able to get on the line with Arthur who is located at the Chattanooga location. He must be the only helpful person working at this entire company. He tells me that he sees my prescription and asks me if I want to fill it. I tell him that it's already paid but I was never given the receipt or delivery. He was able to confirm what I'm saying as true and emailed me my receipt and sent out my delivery. FINALLY. If it weren't for Arthur, I was going to dispute the charge. Either way, this has been an awful experience. Customer service is terrible and I will be sure to never have a prescription sent here again. I will also be sure to let my doctor know that this is a terrible customer experience. Hopefully this can save other patients some headaches trying to deal with this ridiculousness.

They take the time to call the Dr.'s office and ask for my prescriptions to be expedited. This affords me the opportunity to be able to receive the prescriptions I need without having to make another trip out of town or pay a cost for having it mailed to my home.
