Then I was charged THREE TIMES for the compound. Had to call customer service again, waited 10 minutes. They asked for a picture of the credit card bill, said they would send me an email address. Never sent it. Had to call back and wait. Another rep promised to make the correction...but didn't. Finally had to file a dispute with the credit card company. Just an awful mess. Simply don't know why my derm continues to use them. UPDATE: In fact, I was charged a FOURTH time on a second charge card.
