I live about an hour from Nashua and so after all that I had already done, I felt that that was it was inappropriate for them to not refund my money for for this ineffective device fitted by a person who didn't know what they were doing, and then they were argumentative with me about this about the request to be refunded for that portion of the bill it just didn't seem fair at all to me and I paid them in full, but to my regret it's a loss. It was a series of short tests and not one long one. The technician did her best to accommodate my type music which is non-mainstream and 80's. Before having the MRI, I also addressed a lower back problem on the RIGHT side with NHOC.. That evening, in bed, I could not get comfortable because my lower back on the LEFT side was now hurting. Mostly in the area of the SI Joint. As of this review, a week later), my pain is still there. I'm not sure if the machine caused the problem or something the technician did. All I know is that I did not have this new back problem before the MRI.

The office manager was excellent and very efficient with my insurance, scheduling and follow up. The technicians were very professional and extremely accommodating getting me in and out of the machine with my painful back. They provided me a disc for my back surgeon immediately and said it would take less than 48 hours for the radiologist to do the report. I left to bring the disc to my back surgeon and by the time I got there, the Rayus radiologist had already read the MRI and sent a comprehensive report to my doctor!!! I had to go back today for another copy of my disc for the pain neurologist and they had it ready and waiting for me! I highly recommend the staff at Rayus Radiology in Haverhill! Absolute Professionals!

The technician saw me promptly and was professional and courteous. No complaints here. Making an appt on the phone had been challenging because they are switching their systems so calls are taking longer understandably. Had an issue with an order not having been received by Derry Imaging though I had them send it twice. I called yesterday and spoke with a delightful woman named Rene. She couldn't find the order either but apologized and said it was probably a system issue and if I could contact my doctor to have them send it one more time but to her attention. She said she'd call me back once she got it and make my appt. Rene did just that. She got my order. Called me back. Made my appt and did it with such friendliness courtesy and genuine regard for me. THIS is customer service. Old-fashioned 'let me help you out let me see what I can do for you' customer service. THANK YOU RENE for going above and beyond the entire time. She was just so nice about everything and it's so rare to encounter that nowadays. Give this woman a raise because trust me, she's a rare gem!

I am now in need of annual breast MRI's and this was one of a very short list of providers that was covered by my insurance. When I called to schedule, I was told the location I wanted to go to, Bedford, did not do breast MRI's and I would have to go to Londonderry. I was given zero pre-appointment information other than to confirm the date/time and location of my appointment. 2 days before my appointment, i received a call telling me the equipment in Londonderry was broken and they needed to reschedule me for Bedford. When I questioned the location in light of what I had previously been told, the person calling seemed annoyed with me. He then went on to tell me they do them in Bedford but the equipment isn't as good. So I then asked him for more clarification regarding the appointment to understand the differences. He once again became annoyed. I finally had to say, "this is my health and I would like to have the information so I would be able to make the best decisions possible for my own health and wellbeing." That finally seemed to do the trick and the person slowed down and willingly answered my questions. Ultimately, I rescheduled for Bedford. Then the person gave me several instructions like don't wear lotion or deodorant, information I had not previously been given. This was my first breast MRI, so important info to be aware of! I continued to receive text reminders about the original appointment, then the day before the original appointment, I received a call to reschedule it as though the first call I had received never happened. She then told me I had no other appointment on the books. So I told her the date/time that had been confirmed the day prior. She then said oh, yeah, you have an appointment. But she then told me a different arrival time than the person the day before. When I questioned it, she got snarky with me saying "it is only a 5 minute difference." I guess their time is more valuable than mine! Hopefully their imaging techs/doctors are far better than their administration team!

I had some what of a very irritating condition that was prolonged for the week end.I was sat my end.The doctor i saw Debra Margolis, at the walk in clinic.She Was very kind understanding ,I Felt very comfortable with hr.I will choose her as my back up next time that's how at ease i was. i had called ahead to make an appointment. I drove to NH from Massachusetts and waited an hour to have blood drawn. Once served, it was determined no lab orders were available. Called Bedford DMC front office of which they told me lab order was expired (just talked to them a week prior about scheduling labs mind you). Courtney informed me there was nothing she could do. I fasted all night and morning and drove 30+ miles to receive such a nasty response. Hopefully, I will, eventually, get a lab order and do this all over again before my physical exam (not holding my breath). I am very loyal to my primary care physician, Dr. Koshy, and have been seeing him for over 20+ years as I still see him even though I relocated to Massachusetts. However, at this point, I may have to change primary care services to something more local to Massachusetts. This is unfortunate, as Dr. Koshy is the best! However, I cannot say the same for his support staff.
