There is a reason this place is so poorly rated. the staff is awful in regard to setting appointments and keeping them at the correct time. you will talk to several people each of whom passes the buck. on two separate occasions they have made mistakes. did not have me down when there is an appointment; getting robo calls about appointments that do not exist. find a better provider read more

A smaller Derry Imaging location in Bedford. Covid precautions are in place and you wait outside in your car until it is your turn. One odd thing is that the changing area is in the front behind the receptionist desk- behind a screen. bizarre! read more

I would give no stars if I could. They apparently "sent" me a bill from 2020 that I never received and never followed up with a phone call or other bills. I had no idea I had this bill until today when I was trying to schedule an MRI. They said I had to pay this bill I had no idea about. And now it's way too late to call insurance and see why it wasn't covered. I called billing and she straight up said "well what do you want me to do about it?" Um?? Horrible service and care. Do not recommend. Go to Elliot Rivers Edge instead. I've never had issues there. read more

Don't pay them anything up front if you have insurance and don't believe them when they say they've pre authorized your procedure.

My appointment wait time, approx what I have at local hospital appointments, 20 minutes. However, the staff was much nicer, including informing me of what was going to occur. Best of all, they mailed results to my house (bad memories of long ago, Dr took weeks to inform me of results). read more

If I could give them a less than one star I would. Two weeks spent trying to get an appointment only for "Monica"to call me back. She was extremely rude and then told me they didn't take my co insurance and when I got upset because of how hard I had worked to line all of this up, she hung up on me. Zero customer service zero empathy. Go elsewhere if possible. read more

From call to make appointment, short, seemed overwhelmed and didn't mention anything about what was to be in store. Nice greeting at appointment, changed in bathroom with locker. Led to another room for IV, I was unaware I was getting anything. Then another room for the MRI. Tech was more than professional, top notch which is why we're going I guess. Then really no instruction as to if I was good to go after getting dresses, no paperwork stating what was done, listing what was injected in me etc. Very much like they're trying to churn out as many as possible $$. I get that but the guy at the desk when I was done had a blank stare, useless most likey the one who made the appointment and didn't mention how long, that'd I would get an injection etc. Poor service IMO. It's done now however if/when I am in need of another scan I'll shop elsewhere. Too many available who also would like the Thousand$ of dollars. Each time I have gone to Bedford Derry imaging, I have been treated with excellent customer service. I had a recent issue that required the comparison of two x-rays and one was from a different provider. I was able to call the Bedford office and speak with a very kind receptionist who referred me to "Mike". Within about three minutes, the issue was solved and he managed it well. My need to case manage my healthcare was no longer necessary. Going to Derry imaging saves hundreds and sometimes over $1000 per test. It is worthwhile to be a good consumer of your health care needs but also to be effectively aware that sometimes the overhead of hospital related services can end up requiring payment plans to pay off. I'm really happy with Bedford Derry Imaging and I've been to the Derry imaging office as well. Customer service and healthcare is important to me because I am an RN and I never have left either facility feeling anything but well cared for. read more
