The courts are enclosed by fences for every two courts. The courts are good size with plenty of room outside the lines of the court itself which helps players stay safe when chasing shots off the court. These pickleball courts also host tournaments, so you know it's legit. There's also plenty of field space that is a popular place for dog training and youth sports. I have also been here for a friend's child's birthday party where the gazebos were reserved for the party. There's plenty of playgrounds for the kids as well. Overall really nice park in a good and safe area.

So to give some perspective to this location, it is in the arrowhead lakes community, so there's a lake near-by you can jog along. I've jogged here literally at every hour of the day and felt completely safe here. It's always clean too. Particularly for the park, there is a huge grassy area for soccer, football, frisbee, etc. To potentially describe the size, 4-5 soccer games could be going on at any one time. At the front near the parking lot is a large playground, bbq and seating areas for birthdays or get togethers, a volley ball court, a basket ball court, and a private lot for parking. All done. Now on to my daily jog!

Pluses: Three dog parks, there is a large dog park, a small dog park and one that is under maintenances. I suspect they do that so one is always growing and being taken care of while the other two are being used. Two separate ways to enter and leave. This is a nice touch so that way there isn't much crowding as people and their dogs come and go. Large area for dogs to run and play for either side of the park. Park benches are all around the the area to sit, although not many of them are in the shade. Have only come in the early evening but there has been a good amount of dogs. Minuses: Dog poop. Seems like some people don't do a very good job of picking up after their furry friend. Place could use a couple pooper scoopers to help combat that. Not much shade, the trees are pretty small so it might be a while for some good shade. Might want to come early to stake out a good shade spot. No water bowls for anyone to drink out of. There is a fountain but it might be smart to bring you own water for your pup. Morning minus, kind of swampy from the sprinklers in certain areas. Another minus is the light of the dog park don't really turn on at night. Didn't turn on till 8 PM. Overall I would still say it a a good park, not a perfect one but if everyone helped it and did their part I'm sure it can become a great one. Highly recommend if you have a furry friend!

And when he was ready to take a break, there are tons and tons of large shady trees to rest under. Since this is during the pandemic, we didn't get to make use of the playground, although it looks wonderful and like it has a lot of fun things to play on. But even without the use of the playground, all the big empty space is perfect for soccer, a shady picnic, or tai chi (which we've been lucky enough to observe several people practicing here). There are enough climbing bars to satisfy even the pickiest kid, and there are swings for the non-climbers in the family. There's also a full-size basketball court, with a decent playing surface and hoops that are still in good shape. There are garbage and recycling cans next to the playground and court.
