The ladies who work/own there are wonderfully welcoming (... and patient). I may have patroned 3 times in as many weeks despite the 30+ min drive. She added that the store is busy now, because "all the women who shopped at Joann's and couldn't pull their heads out of a paper bag are there". I did shop at Joann's, it was five minutes from home. I also shop at Mood Fabrics, International Silk and Woolens, and Britex. Oh, and the other employee. When a customer is contemplating in front of the shears, maybe ask: do you have a specific need?
