They replaced only the boards that needed to be replaced, power washed, and sealed the deck which now looks great for entertaining. Chris did a beautiful job painting our Kitchen and Dining Rooms and replaced rotted wood boards and siding on the front of our house and matched it all perfectly. I can highly recommend giving Crane's Home Maintenance a chance to bid on any job you have. We will be calling Chris for our next project for sure.

They initially recommended removing the facings only, but unfortunately, they will have to remove at least half of the cabinets because there are too many flaws and the staining work is too inferior. The painter/stainer looked at our cabinets and said (and I quote): "This is a half-ass job, and I can't match the stain and wouldn't want to try because of the inferior work." Also, the Artisan amateurs rigged the cabinet hinges with wooden shims and the Butler's pantry hinges with cardboard shims to make them work (SEE pictures). If this type of rigging doesn't seem amateurish, I don't know what does.

Alin was present through the entire process. He answered questions, was proactive in scheduling his crew and had our project completed on time and within budget. We could not be more pleased with the final product, the professionalism of KC Remodels and the follow up once the project was completed to ensure we were happy. We will hire KC Remodels again and again. Remodel projects are a two-way street. They require transparency, open communication and respect. This was 100% our experience with Alin and his entire crew.

Our timeline was short and we needed great results in little time. We communicated this to Mike on several occasions. The initial consultation, planning, and quote was fantastic. We were so very excited to have the job completed. However, when the week came to install the new cabinets, tragedy struck. We called Mike on several occasions attempting to confirm the installation date. He was non-committal, passive, and refused to give us a final date. We finally decided to call and tell him we must have an install date from him. Rather than handing the situation properly, Mike's attitude turned on a dime. He became aggressive, inappropriate, and rude. He made excuses, blamed others, and outright lied to us. After multiple conversations begging him to give us an answer, he quit answering his telephone. He wouldn't return voicemails nor answer our calls. We resorted to calling on alternate phone numbers (from work, other cell phones, etc) just to get him to answer our calls. In his attempt to avoid us, he went as far as to hang up on us when we called asking for an answer. Despite our timeline being blown, Mike's rudeness / lying / imappropriate behavior, and an everlasting poor impression of Mike and Cabinet Reface... we had him finish the job. The installation went fine. Not to our surprise, he was more than happy to ask for his paycheck the second it was done. Ultimately, if he would have been honest with us the moment he knew it wasn't going to be done in time, we would not have cared. If he would have just been honest, it would have prevented so much pain. Bottom Line: FIND SOMEONE ELSE! Mike has no sense of customer service, manners, or caring. The product we received certainly was NOT worth what we experienced, knowing we could have received the same results from many other companies. FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!

However, he then abruptly turned right (in front of my vehicle) without a blinker and I had to slam on my brakes and I honked my horn. To my horror he proceeded to jump from his truck, run over to my window and start calling me a f*ckin b*tch multiple times!! I had my 3 boys in the car and I was completely stunned watching this man absolutely come unhinged in the middle of the road. I had never seen him before in my life, but upon looking up the company I discovered that it was the OWNER who I had been berated by! The more unprofessional person I've ever met! If they were the last company in Kansas City I WOULD NOT use Ryan Construction Systems.

JR was thorough and kind in his initial walkthru. We chose this company not only because of the excellent reviews and price, but because of the ease of working with JR. His team worked fast and efficiently, I never saw them take a break! The fixed/replaced wood rot, scraped peeling paint, power washed, primed, and painted. They were so careful with our light fixtures and landscaping and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. My neighbors are in awe of the transformation and several have asked for JRS contact info. I would highly recommend this company for affordable, quality, work that leaves you excited to come home everyday!

He wanted to paint the trim he had replaced, but my husband did not know where to find the paint swatch for the new paint. I have used Tony from AMC Custom Tile for three separate jobs now…read more He supplied and installed my kitchen counter tops during a recent kitchen remodel. Prices were more reasonable than other providers that I had priced. From estimate to finished product was very quick. Work was top notch. Have had one small problem, several months later, that was corrected the day after I reported it, at no charge. He also contracted two bathroom total remodels, taking care of every aspect of demolition, tile installation, vanity, fixtures, drywall, and plumbing. He will refer you to supply houses that are all in the Lenexa area to select your materials. He'll take it from there. As any remodel of an older house, we ran into several issues along the way. All were presented to me, with options to get around that hurdle. I have been more than happy with the way all work looks and functions. I got an expensive looking spa-like bathroom for a price you can deal with. All workers were careful to lay floor protection where they tracked and left your home as clean as possible each day upon leaving. Being respectful and keeping you informed along the way, helps ease your mind that the job is getting done right. They had to answer hundreds of questions from me, as the job progressed, which they did with patience. I dont think you would be disappointed in their work. Check out the website for example photos!

Tony Cirrintano had been recommended to us by our plumber, and we are so glad we chose to go with his company. From the first moment we began to work with him, he was so honest and helpful. We relied on his professional opinion of which tile would look the best and felt total confidence that he was experienced enough to know which ones would work and which ones wouldn't. Words cannot express how pleased we are with AMC's work. It is perfection! We cannot find one thing to complain about! Our shower is absolutely beautiful....like something you would find in a spa resort! All of Tony's recommendations turned out to be so much better than anything we could have come up with on our own. The two employees that came to do the tile work were so friendly and respectful of us and our home. We felt totally comfortable having them come into our house everyday while we were away at work. After work, we always came home excited to see what they had done that day. As we saw the job coming together, we were amazed at their level of expertise. Everything was laid down perfectly and the tile pattern was immaculate. If I could give Tony and AMC 100 stars, I would. They were THAT good!
