Sunrise Exteriors put a new roof on our house and they did a very sloppy and rushed job. We have…read moregutters covers on your house the covers should have been removed first and the new roof put on and then the gutters put back. Sunrise Exteriors did not remove the gutter covers and they stomped all over them and ruined the existing gutter covers. Numerous shingles were sticking up after the work was completed. Sunrise Exteriors came back and straightened most but not all of the shingles sticking up. Sunrise Exteriors will not do anything about the ruined gutter covers and they will not return phone calls. We will have to hire another roofer to fix the remaining shingles and we will have to pay for new gutter covers. Needless to say, we are extremely unhappy with Sunrise Exteriors and we would not recommend Sunrise Exteriors to anyone.

And, of course, plenty of contractors showed up to make us a deal. After consulting with neighbors, we landed on All Season and are so happy with our decision. Brian is 2nd generation (at least); I started doing business with them when his dad was still running the business. We had a leak in a valley after buying our home and he went up there with a hose, in and out of the attic, etc. He spent a good amount of time figuring out what was going on, and how to best fix it. After fixing it, he said on the way out, "Let me know if it leaks again and we'll come take care of it." You've got to love a company that stands by their work! Over the years we've had a lot of minor repairs done both here and at our home in St Joe, put on a rolled roof, had flashing, shingles, and chimney masonry repair work done, put on a full shingled roof on our primary home, and had gutters completely replaced. They've done it all for a lot less than others bid and I've never had to question the quality of their work. Brian and his team have always been VERY responsive, calling us back right away, getting someone out to make repairs when needed right away, and always standing by their work. They've always gone above and beyond (e.g. coming in to spray oil-based primer over the stains on a 20' ceiling because I couldn't reach it with my ladder after they fixed the leak above. It's those little things that go above and beyond. If anyone ever asks for a roofer recommendation, we don't hesitate to recommend Acord. They've been around a long time, with good reason.

He informed me that had I called him, he could have had it verified. My recent roof was installed and I had to question the installers as to why they were not using plywood to protect my home the same way Acord did. It seems these installers were in too much of a hurry to do that and now they get to come back and fix the resulting issues.
