Unlike a lot of dental practices, the staff seems happy to be there - not dispirited and overworked like many other places. We were taken in on time and I got to observe the practice close to first-hand. The technology used in the X-ray and inner-mouth photography is top-notch and a step above my own dentist. Dr. Staes, as many here state, has a great bedside (chair-side?) manner and takes pains to explain everything. Came back the next day for a painless extraction and a couple of fillings. I have one complaint about an issue that can be avoided as long as you never call the phone number for anything more than an appointment. The phone is answered by someone who is not in that office, and will not want to transfer your call to the location where you are receiving services. I got pretty upset when they wouldn't transfer me, and were calling the location to answer my questions, which led to additional questions that they wanted to continue handling the same way.
