The most recent…read morework they've done in my teeth has only caused me more pain, when i bring these concerns to them they tell me "theres nothin wrong" turns out they didn't fully seal my cavity twice and did my fillings wrong so I had to continue to return and have free work done to correct their mistakes. Some doctors are rough when handling you, my recent doctor forcefully broke several strings of floss in my teeth after i was asking her to stop due to it being painful. This was a result of the bad fillings she did. Ive also had a horrible time scheduling with them lately, they tell me i'm on the schedule and give me a appt card with time and day, i come in, no appt scheduled. They fail to provide important info for future appts and receptionists have little patience.

My dental hygienist was Crystal, and she was absolutely the most kind and very gentle. I loved how she explained everything to me in an easy way to understand. She was always checking on me to make sure I was doing okay throughout the procedure. The dentist (forgot his name) was very nice and thoroughly checked all my concerns. Our insurance denied the claim because the Aspen Dental location off 1604 and Culebra reported that they pulled the tooth in 2019!!!. They LIED!!!! And I had to pay out of pocket to have the tooth removed! What else did they charge to my insurance that they didn't do? I called them to try to get it straightened out but oh they can't do anything without my husbands old phone number that ties the account together. What a bunch of malarkey. They are thieves and liars! Not to mention their office staff was rude to us when we went in 2019 which is why we never returned.
