I did a quick google search to find a couple of companies to contact for a quote for tinting some…read morewindows in my home. Phoenix Home Window Tinting was my second call, with the idea that I would get a competitive bid to make sure that I was getting a fair price and product. They scheduled my estimate, I left work a little early to make sure that I could be there on time, and unfortunately, they were an hour late. I get business happens, but a call would go a long way to let the customer know what to expect. I did try to call after 30 minutes late to get a status update, and unfortunately could only speak to an AI operator. When the estimator did show up at my house, I had to inform him that I did have another appointment to get to, so I would not be able to do the estimate. While he was not rude, he was clearly agitated with me, when all I did was leave work early to try and get a quote to potential use their business, and was left hanging for an hour with no update. Based off the overall service and attitude of the estimator, I will not be using this company and will continue my search. I see a lot of great reviews for this company, my experience was definitely not of equal experience. I am changing this review to a 3 star from a 1 star because the owner did contact me. We did not come to an agreement about my experience today and I will be continuing my search, but you can tell that she does pay attention to her business and I just want to chalk this up to the law of averages. I do hope that this was the exception, and not the rule and wish them the best of luck moving forward.

It remained in perfect condition for the several years I had the car. I'm now back again to get a different vehicle tinted. If you're on the fence about where to get your windows tinted or what level of tint to go with, you owe it to yourself to stop in and check out their showroom. They have a lot of different options and examples of different levels of darkness that you can view on example boards and actual automobile glass. Once again I was on the fence about what level of darkness to go with and between the examples they have and the tips they provided they made it an easy decision. I live about two miles from them and they offered to give me a ride home if I didn't want to wait in their lobby/ waiting area. I'm sure it's not something they're able to do for every job but it was nice of them to offer. I decided to wait in their lobby/waiting area which was very comfortable. They have a couch and some chairs and also a TV with access to Netflix. The job was done quicker than I expected and looks perfect. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was on the fence between two different tint choices and after they explained and provided examples of the differences between the two and explained previous customer's experiences I was able to make a decision and I'm happy with the decision I made because without their advice and experience I would've picked a lighter tint that I know I wouldn't have been happy with. I will definitely refer all of my family and friends to Aladdin's Window Tinting because they put customer service and satisfaction first.
