He got me in the very next morning at 8:30, said my car would be ready by 11:30, and it was! I was able to pick it up on my lunch break. Omar was kind, straightforward, knowledgeable, and upfront about pricing. He even thanked me for my business before we got off our first call, which I really appreciated. I went with XPEL PRIME XR nano-ceramic, 99% UV protection and up to 85% heat rejection. 20% all around. He'll do whatever percentage you want while explaining the pros and cons so you can make your own choice. It also comes with a lifetime warranty. His son was there and was also really helpful explaining the ceramic options. I loved the heat lamp demonstration showing how much of a difference the tint makes, especially with the Arizona sun! The displays around the shop were unique too, especially the Predator figure. They told me the figures came from Mexico, which was cool. You can definitely tell it's a family business that takes pride in what they do. One tip: take a picture of your receipt since it's the type that can fade over time and you'll want it for the warranty. Great experience from start to finish, and my car looks amazing. Definitely recommend Omar's!

Unfortunately, they used clear glass instead of the blue tinted glass that was original to the vehicle. My eyes are super sensitive in the intense Arizona sun and I knew I had to do something to safely drive the car! I found Keith through Yelp reviews and gave him a call. He informed me that it is illegal to tint the front window but he could apply a "limousine tint band" across the top of the windshield. We were able to schedule an appointment and wait while he did the work. Keith is a perfectionist who diligently applied the tint and at a very fair price! I am very happy with the result!

I can say even after 6 years, he is still consistent with honest prices, timeliness, and his profession work. He definitely cares about making sure his customers understand expectations vs reality om what tint percentages will look and perform best. I had purchased front/rear dash cams and was worried about the tint obscuring the camera during night time and he managed a work around by leaving a small gap in the tint for the camera that you don't even notice unless your entering through the rear driver side. Again, he is very proud of his work and puts is best effort into it. Will continue to use him for any future vehicles!
