Either way. It has clean restrooms, loads of clean tables for folding your clothes. Staff is actually here on site and friendly! The machines handle a wide variety of weights, not by loads like most do. Lots of great lighting, temperature inside is so comfortable! I'm always burning up at most because they don't use their AC. Also, and this impressed me - the bathroom is actually nice. I think what I love most about this place though are the change machines. If you bring bills, you can get change. For any of you who have had to go a'begging for quarters at stores, you know how awesome this is. There are also like 3 change machines, so if one doesn't work, there is a backup. There is plenty of seating, at least one table indoors and others outdoors, and lots of carts to put clothes into. There are even surfaces for folding clothes. There are front loaders and side loaders, dryers, all of that. The prices are reasonable and my clothes come out clean. I take my clothes home wet and air dry them all. I am in and out of the laundromat in less than 30 minutes. Oddly, I think there are a couple of tanning rooms as well. The rooms are named - one is like "Bahamas". There are vending machines for soda and snacks, but not always stocked. I believe there is a vending machine with laundry detergent too. I recommend this place! I was notified that it was ready for pickup on 7-29-26. I then picked it up and paid on 7-30-26. When I got home I found that the seam had not been repaired. When I contacted the company I spoke with a female. She informed me that the does not do alterations or repairs. She tried to make it sound like it was my mistake. I then rechecked the website (and took a screenshot) and it does say that the company offers "alterations and repairs" as services. When I told her about this, the female on the phone just said that she would contact her boss to have that removed from the website. She then acted like I should just eat the loss of money. I was charged for a service that the website says they perform, but they apparently don't actually do. This may be just a mistake (but not by me), but this looks like false advertising. When I told the female that I expected a refund, she was apparently surprised. She then said that she would talk to her boss and "try" to get someone to call me back. Potential customers should not take them at their word for what services they offer going by what they have on their website. I will not be using them again.

I came in to wash a king sized comforter. I used one of the medium sized washers that is on the second row. I was expecting the wash cycle to take at least 45 minutes, but it was only 20 minutes. I was also able to dry the comforter in 20 minutes on medium heat. Total spent to wash and dry it was less than $15 which is well worth it considering most dry cleaners will charge you close to $50 to wash a king sized comforter for you. As far as payment is concerned, you can use an app to pay or use cash or a credit/debit card. They have a vending machine for laundry detergent, etc. but there is also a Dollar General that is located across the street where you can purchase those items.
