When I called in the morning, they made time for me later that day. They charged a very reasonable price for both the exam and X-rays and applied the bonding over the damaged teeth in the same session. I couldn't be more happy with the results, although I know veneers are still necessary in the future. Overall, I'm very thankful for how quickly they saw me and dealt with the issue without hassle or trying to make sales pitches for other dental services. While the dentist didn't make any plugs for more expensive procedures, he explained everything in depth so I knew exactly what my X-rays were showing and what the procedure would accomplish. The doctor had me in and out quickly and the entire experience was pleasant and reasonably priced as well. I will definitely be back. I'm so thankful I didn't have to walk around with majorly chipped front teeth for more than a few hours! Quick tip: Although you can book online, I recommend calling the office to be seen more quickly.

I found them on the Invisalign website, Platinum status. The office is well decorated and they have updated equipment, including a massage chair that was used for my consultation. The other chairs in the hygienist area didn't appear to be massage chairs. I had photos and xrays completed as well as an overall exam by the orthodontist, who mentioned he was just starting dental school when I last had Invisalign in 2006. I was then taken to the patient coordinator's office where I was given a detailed print out of my treatment options (two treatment plans) with the fees listed, my photos and an xray that I requested. This was in addition to having everything explained in detail about the payment plans available. My insurance is changing for 2020 to add a company paid HSA account in addition to the existing coverage for adult braces so I wanted to make sure I knew my options to ensure I save the right amount in my HSA to pay for my second round of Invisalign plus a retainer. I got a second opinion at a different orthodontist and have a third and final appointment set up and then I will make my decision about where to get Invisalign. All I know is that BHPD has been an excellent spot for us to care for our kids' teeth thus far. We've had three different types of experiences to date: 1. Regular checkups/cleanings. These have gone very smoothly. The folks at the front desk are cool. The dentists/hygienists are gentle, good with my girls, and most importantly, efficient. They understand that they've got to get in and get out, because there's only so long a kid can stand it. We do both of my kids back to back, and I think we were in and out this last time in less than 45 minutes. Plus, they give us a goodie bag, which is by far my kids' favorite part. 2. Tongue Ties. My younger daughter was born with tongue ties on the bottom and the top, which made breastfeeding a problem. Our pediatrician recommended we have a dentist essentially cut through them with a laser. This was a terrible experience because your poor baby has no idea what's happening, and has a pretty gnarly wound in her mouth for a while...but I think they handled it as well as it can be. 3. Tooth problems. One of my daughter's teeth turned grayish. Not something I've ever seen before, and I called the office, and then e-mailed pictures to the address they gave me. Within 24 hours, they wrote back with a detailed response about what it could be, why it may have happened, and what we should do about it. I appreciated the thorough and quick response, and it makes me pretty confident in their service. All in all, we're pleased with this place, and plan to keep using them as our dentist.
