I hate the puff of air in the eye test. Then off to see Dr Corey. Been seeing him for quite some time. After the dilation (great fun) he did all the rest of the exam. Read the letters, which one is better etc. if you wear glasses or contacts you know what I mean. Everything was good. The glaucoma tests were good. No change in 12 years there which is good. Everyone was very nice and polite. Great atmosphere. Good for another year.

Dr. Lewis is extremely knowledgable and thorough, and believe me when I say this because I am a patient who asks a lot of questions and I have semi-complicated eye issues. I ended up seeing an ophthalmologist at Dean McGee who was so impressed with what Dr. Lewis was already doing in the management of my eye care that she required no further follow-up at Dean McGee. The staff are all pleasant, professional, and personable. If you're looking for quality eye care, this is the place.

Unfortunately, my puppy got a hold of my glasses and put some bad scratches in them. I couldn't afford new glasses again, so I went in and asked them if they could buff out the scratches for me. They felt bad for me, but, because they were bifocals they couldn't buff because it would change the prescription. They were really, really nice about it. So I left deciding I would just live with it. About a week later, they called to tell me that my new lenses were in. WHAT????????? They totally changed out my lenses at no charge to me. I really mean, absolutely NO CHARGE. I was totally shocked because nobody does that anymore. All I can say is I will be one loyal client out of me!!!

She did not seem to do a thorough exam. I did not get the feeling she knew what she was doing or had much experience. During the exam, she chatted with the hygienist about topics that did not involve my teeth and did not speak to me. It felt very detached and impersonal.

After doing some research I found that since I have a low risk of dental problems I can typically wait two to three years between x-rays. It has only been 1 year since my last x-rays. I was impressed by the staff, the office ambience & everyone's effort to make it the pleasant experience that it was. Compared to the previous dentist, I felt like I was on another planet! There was a TV monitor above the exam chair to watch during the cleaning, etc & the pics of my teeth were displayed too. When Dr Hampton did his exam, I received a hand mirror so I could see inside my mouth as he was pointing out the details of my teeth. I have a few minor areas that need repair. As others mentioned, Dr Hampton landscapes around the office & its absolutely beaUtiful! From every aspect Dr H provides a relaxing, inviting & pleasant space for patients & staff. You can tell everyone enjoys working there! And I enjoyed being a pampered patient
