The lady that said she's a manager and that answers the phones often is very rude and not customer service friendly I have noticed this three times so far. Always be nice and treat people kind because you don't know what people are going through, nobody wants to call a place and they always have to get a rude person on the phone or a rude answer. I don't care what profession you are in always treat people kind or find another profession if you know you are always being rude. Treat people and speak to people professionally and the right way as any grown up should. read more

ZERO STARS !! I feel cheated by this place. My son lost a nosepad and I stopped by 30 min ago to have it replaced. It cost me $10 for a set of nosepads. They have already fallen out. I used to be an optician, we never charged for replacement pads - Even if you got your glasses somewhere else. It's just good business to be very nice to potential customers. You've lost that chance with me and my family. read more

12/13/2016: LENSES CLOUD and Dr. Bryan L McRay's staff used multiple excuses about the manfacturer's lenses that CLOUD UP plus not honoring a replacement for these high priced inferior lenses. This optometrist and staff are in denial of selling inferior lenses to all age groups which as a retiree on a very strict income and handicapped, I was totally disappointed in the excuses given by his staff. No one there CARED that I had to revert back to older glasses with lenses not strong enough to SEE PROPERLY. By the way every one of my older glasses and their lenses are clear, so what that means is this Dr. Bryan L McRay has let a manufacturer pass off inferior, cloudy lenses and the patient winds up with having to use older glasses until funds can be saved up to get reputable, dependable lenses inserted by another optometrist that can be TRUSTED AND IS HONORABLE IN BUSINESS QUALITY OF PRODUCT AND SERVICE. Wish I had never used Dr McRay's dishonorable service and pitiful low quality lenses that turned cloudy on me at a time I need my glasses to see. BEWARE TO ALL AGE GROUPS, the lenses distributed by Dr Bryan L McRay are inferior and will eventually CLOUD UP. I have been going in for yearly APPOINTMENTS and when these lenses turned cloudy in 2016, I thought this optometrist would replace these inferior, cheap lenses that he purchased from some manufacturer. Didn't happen, so I use an older pair of glasses with WEAK clear lenses. Now isn't that a trip to see older frames and weak lenses still clear to help until I can save up for new lenses at a more reputable optometrist. You bet these inferior lenses will be shown to the next optometrist . I will definitely check out the next optometrist reputation for quality product of lenses. read more

MY wife called and asked if they took our insurance (blue cross blue shield vision } They said they did so she made an appointment for me because I was out of state working for the department of defense for a month . my appointment was on a wednesday am the doctors office called on monday before my appointment and confirmed my appointment and asked my wife for all of insurance with all the member numbers and what type of insurance i had again she told them and the said we will see him wednesday morning. I arrived 20 minutes early they asked for my insurance card and id which i presented to them they made a copy and returned it to me . After waiting 20 minutes after my appointment time they called my back and started my eye exam which took a hour and a half from 1 test then wait then another test then wait the to see the doctor finally after all the test and exam from the doctor he sent me in another room to pick out my frames and get my glasses ordered while waiting to get helped i had already been looking at frames then after the lady helped me pick my frames out she said you have insurance let me go see what they cover she returnd with the person in charge of handling the insurance and said we are not providers of your insurance im sorry we made a mistake you can only use it as a out of network office which only covers 80 dollars because we are not part of your network.I asked how come you waited until after i have been through all of this to let me know you dont take my insurance ? she again apolligised I SAID I JUST WASTED 3 HOURS FOR NOTHING . The other lady said you can still get your glasses here i said how much well just 380 dollars after what your insurance covers I said the whole reason I have insurance is i dont have to pay that much for glasses i said i was unhappy with the customer service that they provided and would let the doctor know when i went back in to see him after they diolated my eyes . I went back to another waiting room and called my wife telling her what had happed and one of the ladies that worked in the office came and replied you can go to holdenville to get your glasses they take your insurance there I replied now you want to send me to another place to get ride of me she said no im just telling you where you can go.I went back when called to see the doctor and explained what i felt was poor service and unfair treatment he just apoligised and said ill give you a perscription and bill your health insurance for the exam charged my insuraance 165 dollars and sent me away. read more
