The conversations with the front desk left me feeling uncomfortable about my privacy as a patient and the staff's ability to communicate effectively. Then on top of this, to be forced into having my eyes dilated. In the 20 years I have been seeking optometry care, never have my eyes been dilated by an optometrist. I explained that I just had ocular pictures taken in the city at an ophthalmologist and could have them sent over. The lady at the front desk continued to demand I be dilated today. I would be spending the afternoon in the lab looking through a microscope and wouldn't be able to see if it was dilated. Dr. Cunningham's staff needs to communicate appropriately so that clients can schedule when they can afford the time to be dilated. I will not return to such an unprofessional environment and will seek care elsewhere as I advise you to do the same.

Ordered a 5" Double layer smash cake for my one yr olds birthday photoshoot. Completely…read moredisappointed and upset at the quality and customer service. Upon pickup, I opened the box to take a look at the cake. Oversized strawberries had fallen off the cake because they were placed on the edge with whipped icing. But what was most upsetting is that the strawberries were rotten. I asked for the cake to be fixed. They were willing to place the strawberries back on top off the cake, but did not offer to replace with fresh fruit. The manager was asked to come to the counter. She arrived and stated the cake was made just the day before. I didn't doubt that, but expressed it was unacceptable to deliver rotten fruit to a child. She offered five dollars off the cake! At this point I accepted and chose to fix the cake myself at home.
