Once she found out I had high anxiety and dealing with so many problems. This so called medical professional took on the role of a mental health professional. She said because I had worries I needed counseling. She called the police and I was forced to get counseling before she would help me. Bottom line I have to continue suffering with sores that look like cigarette burns. I waited weeks because you do have to have a referral. I was turned away to suffer until I get counseling. How can anyone get counseling when they suffer every day with pain and a fungal skin affection. The skin clinic and their website is misleading. Even if I need counseling the fungal infection is worse I suffer so much everyday. I should have been treated for a dermatical issue. We've had an ok experience with the doctors here. HOWEVER,…read more the office has caused me many headaches. I have continued to receive statements in the mail stating a $40 fee for an appointment no- show. I canceled that appointment the Wednesday before the next weeks appointment. DAYS in advance & received a text back stating that I would need to call the office to schedule a new appointment when I was ready. I have been dealing with their department for MONTHS after sending them the confirmation of cancelation text message. Each office person has said they see & it should be an easy fix but yet, the higher up that its been sent to has yet to correct it! Because of this, I will never schedule another appointment with this doctors office. Why is it so complicated to do the right thing without poking and prodding? $40!!!! I will not pay when I did the right thing!

The doctors are top notch. I've been seeing PA Bethany and my wife has been seeing Dr. Koester for…read moreyears. Bethany has done several procedures on my face and does incredible work. My problem is with the billing dept. My wife has needed an allergy shot every month for the last year. Before starting we were told that they could administer the shots there or we could probably do it ourselves if we felt confident doing so, and if they did it it would only be a minimal amount. That turned out not to be the case, as the doctor pointed out fine print in the RX that it needed to be done in a medical setting. That was fine until the first bill. We were charged $52 for 5 minutes of a nurses time. That is more than the co-pay to see the doctor for a visit. After some talking an arrangement was made to charge ONLY $30. But every time I have to argue with billing to remind them of that arrangement. This time my wife went alone and was charged $80, 30 for the nurse and 50 for a co-pay. And she never saw the doctor. Sadly, that is the last straw and we are through with this office. Is money needed so badly that the billing department has to rake patients over the coals to squeeze every possible dollar from them?

The issues that I faced in two appointments at the end of 2023 are as follows: (1) They have an office staff; but, every time I called, my call was steered to voicemail and I would say only half the time my calls were returned. (2) When my main provider's pharmacist called to discuss prescription items, they never got a live person either. Over a month with 5 outgoing phone calls from my pharmacist, Epiphany NEVER returned the phone calls.
