Other than the rudeness, she also did not clearly read my husbands medical forms and put the wrong race on his paperwork. I'm glad she is not responsible for handling patients direct care because I don't believe I could trust her one bit. Very sad that 1 person can make your whole visit awful. Put a smile on your face or find a career that does. And also, please read ALL MEDICAL CHARTS THOROUGHLY.
