Did not tolerate the med, they made her come back and then didn't actually send the new prescription to the pharmacy, where she waited for 45 minutes and finally had to go home to a crying baby and could not continue her treatment. Pharmacy was also within an hour of closing, so no recourse. All b/c dr evidently was not thorough in completing their treatment and hitting SEND on that order. Now she has to make another trip tomorrow. This is ridiculous. Please, pay attention to your patients, order properly, and confirm you have done your due diligence. What a waste of her time and she did NOT need the extra stress on top of feeling crappy.

After asking the lady behind the desk for help (which apparently annoyed her) we were able to get " checked-in" . Once in the patient care room, the Nurse practitioner spent all of two minutes with my daughter, said we are going to do the normal ( flu. Strep, COVID) test it will take 15 minutes for results, okay good deal, Well results were back faster than expected (7 minutes) from the time they left the room yes I time it! The girl came in my room ask my symptoms took my blood pressure and oxygen. Then said I'll have to go talk her before testing to see whatever wants to do . Waited 35 mins the provider comes in (Jessica Jackson) informs me I've probly caught COVID from my husband and if she tested for strep it would be positive due to I had it 4 weeks prior . Then says no fever I said yes this morning she said none now I said I don't know the girl didn't check it we went through this 3 times she said it would have been a swipe across the forehead . Pros: Super clean Kind staff Cons: Slow Inconsistent information Hard to get clear direction Check in took me a good 45 mins and we were the only people there. Front desk couldn't seem to figure anything out. I had to jump through so many hoops for them to verify my insurance only to not and charged me out of pocket for my visit. I was told once I could prove I had coverage they would reimburse my $125. I submitted what they needed 24 hours later only to get the run around about my refund! 38 days later, I had to reach out to the business again to finally get a refund. If this is the way this place will be, I'll stick to the extra drive.

My husband broke his foot and sprained it and they did the X-ray and wrapped his foot and ankle. The doctor was amazing. Patient and kind. My husband was in a lot of pain so coming to a place like this was perfect. I would recommend it for any urgent care needs. 10/10
