called to get appt knowing a root canal and crown are needed. Brandy scheduled my husbands appt. He just got home and said he does need a root canal. BUT, they don't do root canals. WHAT? I've been a patient there for probably 20 years. Why didn't she tell me they don't do root canals!? Well, that's not their normal conversation. I let her know that was poor customer service. now that's cost my husband days waiting for this appt, when he could have gotten in someplace where they do root canals. She argued with me and wouldn't let me finish a sentence. I hope Dr. Drew sees this and reaps her a new attitude. Customer Service is priority and on top of it, she gladly removed my next appt. My wife and I went to Dr Drew when he first started his business with Dr taron and he took a nurse out to the hallway and chewed her out in front of us until she had tears going down her face. This happened around 25or30 years ago. I went to Dr Drew to get my bottom teeth pulled for dentures. The nurses was great and very nice. He deadend my bottom teeth that he was going to pull out and they was deading in the front but not in the back. Dr drew asked me if my tongue felt funny and numb and I said not at all and I told him my gums was not numb at all.l. Dr drew preceding pulling the teeth and I have never been in so much pain in my life. I had him stop by putting my hand up and he stopped for only a second and I mean a second and he kept pulling. Dr drew really hurt me and I'm 5 days out and I'm still in a lot of pain. Drew would not and does not give any pain medication out and he's in business to be a doctor. He ripped my gums when he pulled my teeth. I can not say absolutely anything good about him besides when he was selling me on getting my teeth pulled and selling my dentures they make in lab there. The nurses was great and very nice. Dr drew didn't say 2 words to me after he made the sale to me. Dr drew hurt me physically which left me with ptsd from going to a dentist. I have never in my life had a dentist not have me deadend all the way before extracting teeth and he knew they was not dead all the way because I told him before he ever started pulling the teeth. It was a horrible experience and I wish I would have went anywhere else to get this done. The nurses was very helpful and great at there job. This is all on Dr drew. I picked him because his father n law was my dentist since I was a little boy and Dr drew just lives down the road from me. My dentures turned out great and I am proud of them but Dr drew is like a used car salesman. read more

When I first received my dentures the assistant ground them down way too much. Because of this when I close my mouth my teeth don't touch. They are more than a quarter of an inch off. Also the front underside of my dentures are off my gums by a quarter of an inch. Even though I have free alignments for life it took me a while to get back to Dr. Drew's office due to my poor health. On another visit I saw a different dental assistant who told me it might take up to three appointments to get my dentures right. So I went back to the office and the assistant who messed up my dentures flatly refused to fix them. I will never go back there again. read more
