This woman is the worst. She did my husband's implant, but she messed it up and had the screw come…read moreout. So he had to let his gum heal and then put it back in after months and months. It made this process ten times longer and more painful and expensive. We had gotten a dental discount plan that basically was money down the drain with her screw up, because he couldn't get the rest of his dental work done until this process was completed, which lasted over a year. And when he had to get the last part done, she actually charged him an additional $150+. He paid it, but then he asked why the extra charge, since he had paid in full initially. He was told it was for her time and having to cut his gums, which was from her mistake of the screw coming out in the first place. She made him pay for her mistake. It wasn't right. We're both reasonable people, and he would never take advantage of anyone. However, charging him more for her mistake, which caused him a lot of pain to have to cut his gums to put the screw back in, was wrong and unprofessional. She never even apologized for his inconvenience, time or the extra cost. He actually went to another dentist to get the implant completed because of all this, and she didn't give him the right parts he needed to get it done. So he wasted more time and another appointment having to wait for her to get the dentist the part he needed to get the implant finished. I wouldn't go to her or recommend her to anyone.

My insurance changed and I was referred to Dental Depot on Hefner, who knew the choo choo train dentist did adults? My Dentist is Dr. Rand Alzubi and she is amazing. Pain - Dr Alzubi has a team of specialized nurses who just do the humming, I've had 3 different ones. All awesome. Gentle - No pain, and Dr Alzubi genuinely cares if she's hurting you. Responsive - I've had 4 separate issues and Dr Alzubi cleared schedules and saw me immediately each time. Professional - There were 2 situations where I knew there was a cheap route and a route where the dentist made more money. Dr. Alzubi never hesitated to give the cheaper option, knowing my finances are tight. I'm super happy and will never go anywhere else.

I was there to have my failed root canal pulled. They charged me $250 for a 3D xray - I was led to believe that was needed to complete the extraction. I had to pay up front and they said my insurance would not pay for it. The dentist examined me went over my X-ray and said it needed extracted. i knew that already! They were unwilling to extract it that day and fast forward to now. I had difficulty with this office again in scheduling. I gave up and said send me my 3D xray. I then found a reputable Surgeon and took my 3D $250 xray to him. He informed me it was unnecessary and a simple xray is fine. It was then I learned that this office takes advantage of people in pain by pushing expensive unnecessary scans. so if I were going to get implants, this is the last place on earth I would get them.
