Over the past year or so, I've had repeated billing issues -- told I had a large credit and owed nothing, only to get a bill the next month, then another for the same amount even after calling to fix it. I also had my worst filling experience here, where the cavity got overfilled, changing it's shape, and ended up getting a much more expensive and painful root canal to fix it. Today was the final straw. I had a 4:00 PM cleaning booked months ago and took time off work for it. At 2:06 PM, while in a meeting, I got a text asking me to confirm because someone else wanted my slot. Fourteen minutes later, they canceled my appointment via voicemail and gave it away -- no warning, no call, no mention of any new confirmation policy, not even the courtesy of enough time to check my phone. In nearly ten years, I've never missed an appointment and have rarely replied to reminder texts (I literally only have record of confirming once out of 4x a year for a decade), so this came out of nowhere. When I called, the manager was dismissive and acted like it was normal and acceptable to cancel a pre-scheduled appointment an hour before, which is absurd and awful customer care. People have jobs and responsibilities. Canceling with less than two hours' notice because someone else wanted the time I already committed to shows no respect or care for patients. Even their billing department takes longer than 14 minutes to return a call. I truly love several of the hygienists and have been loyal for years, but the management's lack of compassion, accountability, and basic customer service skills has made it impossible to recommend this office anymore. If you want a cleaning today, they might bump another patient for you... just don't count on keeping your appointment.

Rampant incompetence! Poor hygiene!…read more Incompetent techs are allowed to attempt complex procedures that they obviously have little or no training to complete correctly or safely. In regards to partial dentures: They've performed 3D scans three times with each procedure taking almost an hour. Not normal. I've had this same procedure completed at other dentists in the past and it only took about 5-15 minutes. Physical impressions have been done three times and each time it has been done incorrectly resulting in dental appliances that don't fit correctly. Handled me very roughly resulting in a cut in the corner of my mouth caused by using impression trays that were much too large for my mouth. The last time I had impressions done after another ill-fitting appliance the material for preliminary impressions was all over my shirt, the dental chair, the floor, etc. Just an unprofessional mess. I watched techs leave the room wearing gloves that they had on while working on me and return to the room wearing the same gloves without changing them. It was obvious they hadn't changed because they still had the material used for making impressions on them. Also the techs argued amongst themselves about the correct method and material to use for the impressions. One of the techs was so rough that the side of my mouth was split, resulting in an injury that took almost three weeks to heal. This visit on 10/27/2025 was over two hours. On (11/13/2025), once again, they texted me asking me to come in for more scans and impressions requested by the lab. I declined to do so. They also had me sign something that said the partials were acceptable the last time I was there on 10/7/2025 and assured me that the next set would be correct. I shouldn't have signed but was pressured by a tech. Also a simple filling was poorly done. There were chunks of composite material that were not smoothed and numerous times during the filling procedure I choked on whatever they were using. I will not be going back to that office for any procedures. I've also requested my dental records and that request was ignored. I will be filing a formal complaint to the Oklahoma Dental Association and may pursue litigation.

The dentist was booked but she made me a slot, asked me to be there 15 minutes early, very transparent that dentist is booked, and orthodontists doctor was in, very busy but they'll get me seen. She would be in a meeting but would come meet me after the meeting. When I arrived I was greeted by the orthodontist receptionist who was as sweet as can be, check in was easy. Even being "worked" in, I was called back before I finished filling out the paperwork, the hygienist was very sweet. Dr. Montgomery came in, looked at the tooth causing pain, immediately numbed me to get me out of pain, while I waited for X-rays, treatment plan, etc. The officer manager stopped in after her meeting to introduce herself, make sure everything was okay just as she told me on the phone. When Dr. Montgomery was ready he grabbed another hygienist, after he was done, I set up, sat on the chair for a little bit, hygienist didn't say anything I just watched her work on the computer, I removed the dental fabric, blanket, tried to talk to the hygienist who seemed rather cold/judgmental which causes more anxiety on someone who has a fear of then dentist and just wants to leave. I continued to sit there and listen to the repeated clicking, I asked to go to the front and she asked what for, to pay my bill, I thought to myself I have no clue what your doing over there. She told me no she had to finish, .. finish what? When I was brought to the front the treatment amount increased approx $42 for an exam that wasn't on the treatment I signed, I inquired why it wasn't on there, receptionist requested my file, new patient paperwork, there ended up being a second treatment with only the exam I believe on it that was not signed, nor did anyone discuss with me. Receptionist approach was "well it's a fee we have to charge regardless if it's in the treatment plan or not.." I'm not sure if she expected to have 2 signatures on two treatment plans, and that would validate it? I asked to speak with the office manager, after 5-10 minutes she came up front, explained my insurance didn't cover "exam", but they do cover comprehensive exam, which she billed for, which made treatment less then what I signed for. That made me happy, I appreciated the office managers time, she found a solution to the billing problem. The billing errors wouldn't have affected my rating, probably would have gotten 5 stars. What I disliked most what how the second hygienist treated me. I do not like feeling judged, and seeing that I have a fear huge fear of the dentist, having me sit in a seat with no explanation on how long I have to sit there, or any type of interaction just a cold short attitude, I don't like that. I hate feeling judged, and do not want to around someone who does not want to interact with patients. I treat people how I want to be treated and expect the same in return. In the end, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Montgomery, and the first hygienist, they were absolutely amazing, nice, compassionate , the office manager as well, she cares about patients new or existing.

First, for years, the office consistently mispronounced my name. Even though I corrected them every single time I called to schedule or cancel an appointment and every single time I checked in at the front desk, they still never got it right. When I finally asked them directly to pronounce it correctly, they acted surprised, but even after that, nothing changed. My experience with the dental hygienists also got off to a terrible start. The first hygienist I saw used a bubble gum flavored polish on my teeth without asking me first. At my previous dentist, they always asked for a flavor preference. When I politely asked if I could switch to mint because I didn't like the bubble gum, she started slamming the cabinet doors and gave me a major attitude. I understandably asked to be switched to a different hygienist after that, but she would still consistently bring me back about 15 minutes late. Things escalated further when Dr. Campbell did a crown job for me. I was diligently making payments on the crown, but before even a single year had passed, the crown fell out. When I called for help, there was zero sense of urgency--they made me wait a week, leaving my tooth unprotected the entire time. When I came in to have it fixed, I was told I needed to be numbed, even though the crown and filling underneath were very recent. The dental assistant, Katie, was friendly, but lacked basic attention to detail. Throughout the appointment, she kept splashing water on me, poking me, and failing to clean out my mouth afterward. Communication was also chaotic: I asked Katie if I could use my CareCredit for nitrous gas, but she never followed up. Dr. Campbell had to go find out from the front desk herself, and neither of them knew the financing terms. Not wanting to waste more time, I just opted to move forward with it. The treatment from the staff completely shifted and became hostile after I stood up for myself and asked for my name to be pronounced correctly. The front desk staff, particularly Jenny, were completely unprofessional. When checking out, I asked about the promotional financing terms, and Jenny rudely told me that it was "not their job" to tell me and that I should have done my own research. Later, when I called back to have a different card charged and the CareCredit charge reversed, Jenny told me it would take several days because Ginger was not there. I said okay and hung up. Jenny then called me back with an attitude, demanding to know why I hung up and actually lecturing me on how I should have ended the phone call. When I calmly reminded her that she is not my mother and cannot police how I end a conversation, it was absurd. When I later texted them to cancel all my remaining appointments, they had the nerve to ask me if I was going somewhere else--which is wildly unprofessional and none of their business. Between the constant disrespect of my name, a hostile hygienist slamming doors over toothpaste flavors, a failing crown within a year, a sloppy procedure due to lack of attention, and outright hostility and unprofessionalism from the front office, I will never return and cannot recommend this practice to anyone.
