I had 2 C-sections (2015 & 2018), was married, and had a family history of diabetes from my father side. I also had a mid-late aged man's drivers license in my chart. I know this because the initial MA I saw physically moved her laptop to face me, so I could see this as she thought it was "funny". 2 other MA's would also come in and out over the course of getting my vitals, manually entering my actual medical history and dismissing me from the appt. It was by far the strangest appointment I've ever had of any kind. As a health center manager, I was quite shocked at what I experienced. If you're looking for quality in the management of your health, I'd keep looking elsewhere.

Pros: Super clean Kind staff Cons: Slow Inconsistent information Hard to get clear direction Check in took me a good 45 mins and we were the only people there. Front desk couldn't seem to figure anything out. I had to jump through so many hoops for them to verify my insurance only to not and charged me out of pocket for my visit. I was told once I could prove I had coverage they would reimburse my $125. I submitted what they needed 24 hours later only to get the run around about my refund! 38 days later, I had to reach out to the business again to finally get a refund. If this is the way this place will be, I'll stick to the extra drive.

Not once has she or her nurse and staff failed to take care of each one of us and addressed each concern we've had, gotten us referrals as necessary, and made sure we had what we needed, even if it's natural remedies vs. medications. We're very grateful for her excellent care. She thoughtfully listens to each question and concern and actually discusses things thoroughly instead of simply having the attitude of, "I'm the doc, you're the patient, you do what I say," kind of attitude. The care is worth way more than five stars.

The previous homes were miserable for actually both of us. They didn't treat him with respect, more like a nuisance. There was no love. They hated their jobs and it showed, food was terrible and they would leave him wet for hours before changing him. His stuff would go missing, even his clothes that I would have to buy. The staff was terrible and cared about no one there, except themselves. Finally, we moved him to Sturdy Wings. WHAT A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!! The staff is wonderful and treat him like a person with respect. They love on him and build him up. My dad loves the food (and that's Big) and they make us feel like they are here for me and my dad! I can not brag about the staff enough! I thank God that we found Sturdy Wings. Every time I go visit my dad, he tells me how much he likes it there and he feels like he has friends. Its a lot further for me. At first I was so worried I couldn't be there as much for him as I could if he were closer. But, it is so worth the drive to visit him. My dad is at peace and that brings me so much joy and peace.
