When my husband tried to talk to him to tell him it didn't feel like he was on the location, he blew him off and told him he would see him in Ardmore. The circle is the lipoma, the straight line was drawn by the surgeon... what do u think? We contacted the clinic to talk to someone. They cancelled his appt without telling us. They told us to get a second opinion! Terrible doctor, terrible staff.... BTW Julie, the PA was wonderful. Never had an experience with a medical facility to compare to. Highly unprofessional entity!

Once she found out I had high anxiety and dealing with so many problems. This so called medical professional took on the role of a mental health professional. She said because I had worries I needed counseling. She called the police and I was forced to get counseling before she would help me. Bottom line I have to continue suffering with sores that look like cigarette burns. I waited weeks because you do have to have a referral. I was turned away to suffer until I get counseling. How can anyone get counseling when they suffer every day with pain and a fungal skin affection. The skin clinic and their website is misleading. Even if I need counseling the fungal infection is worse I suffer so much everyday. I should have been treated for a dermatical issue. I have thought I was going to see a good dermatologist not a want to be mental health Dr. Bottom line couldn't get treatment, couldn't see a real Dr. This woman would not treat me she called aps . Even if I had a mental problem. A dermatologist want to be refused to treat my skin condition because her opinion I have been through to much. Police came and took me away. This morning the rash is worse. I was told by the woman at the skin clinic the reason I was all broke ouou a fakuuw keept was due to washing my hands too much. If that was true why do I have sores full body. These unqualified people can add 2+2. According to th e skin clinic will give y

Been using the same dermatologist in Highland Park/Dallas, Texas for 32 years. It takes a month to…read morejust get scheduled in to see her, but I do love her service. Now I am in this area more, and more. So my daughter referred me to Dr. Amy Edwards. So this is where it all begins. Selecting an excellent dermatologist can literally mean a difference in life and death. This is no exaggeration. Skin cancer runs in my family and being here at Lake Texoma and a pool at home increased my possibility even greater for skin cancer. My Mom, Dad, Amanda, and I have had small places removed. So I went in for a pre-cancer screening. Dr. Edwards is very thorough, and asked questions and made suggestions. I do use a sunscreen and have for a long time. But what I didn't know, is the fact they make clothing with Sunscreen Protection. These clothes will have a UPF (ultraviolet protection factor) rating. I never knew. She suggested I wear the shirts while outside doing yard work etc. Told my son about this, and of course he already knew. He always wears Magellan shirts that have a UPC 50 sun protection. I thought he wore those shirts because he is hot natured like me. Silly ole me, always the last to know. So I did have a spot removed to be tested. I will not worry about this spot, until I have something to worry about. But since I haven't been in Dallas much, or around any doctors. This was my chance to inquire about Botox and fillers. YES, Dr. Edwards does both. These injectables require skills as well as an artistic talent. To have the injections is one thing. But to see the face as a piece of art, and Dr. Edwards has the ability to improve it? Why not? So not only is she magnificent but her nurse and administrative staff is top notch. So I left with a spot removed, and Botox. Yeah me! Killed 2 birds with one stone. Front desk ladies were very attentive. Mask worn, fever checked upon entry. The mask rules are definitely enforced. I count my blessing for Dr. Amy Edwards and entire staff. Thank y'all again. #NOPAINNOGAIN #SOUTHSIDE #OVILLATX

When I called I explained that we were seeing my daughter's pediatrician to get a referral, so the kind lady got us on the books for a week after that. Robin was great at texting to keep me updated on the status of our referral and let me know that they had gotten it and we were all set for the appointment. From the moment we walked in to the office the day of the appointment, the ladies who greeted us were super nice. I do not know the name of the lady who checked us in, but she was fabulous. From there the nurse Mary took our daughter back (age 4) and started the appointment. She was being treated for a pyogenic granuloma. She reassured us that it was going to be a quick and easy appointment. Only after a short few minutes did Dr. Helm come in with Mary. They immediately got started by injecting the area with some numbing medicine, shaved off the granuloma, and cauterized her skin. It was traumatic for our daughter just because of her age, not the office. Everyone was SO kind to her and told her how great of a job she did. When it came time to check out, we were so shocked at the price (in a good way considering we have a high deductible plan) and so thankful for how everyone handled everything. I hope we don't have to go back for something like this again, but if we do we will be sure to come back here. I will highly recommend this place. Thank you EVERYONE that was there and made this experience the best it could be.
