I asked the new massage therapist if she wanted to know where i was hurting. She said "No. I am a really good massage therapist. I can tell by touch. I asked her to work on my levator scapula and she refused and instead spent the entire time lightly rubbing my back and arms and poking me randomly with one finger. She said "I do holistic massage. If you want me to work on specific parts, you need to keep coming and eventually i will get to them." I ended the massage early and realized that she had caused so much pain that I was unable to drive home. I was still charged for the massage. When asked for ice, the receptionist let me use a broken ice pack and didn't even give me a towel to protect my skin from freezer burn. Then, she and the masseuse laughed loudly in the back room as I sobbed in pain and tried to get to a point where I could drive. I have never felt so poorly treated at a medical facility. Dr V isn't good enough to justify putting up with such unprofessional and dangerous staff.

All he said was "well it must be working. It gets worse before it gets better." On my last visit, I left his office in tears due to the pain. The next morning, I couldn't stand, walk, get in and out of the shower (embarrasing), or sit on the damn... toilet by myself!!! I informed his office I would no longer be seeing him. I saw a chiropractor who fixed me right up! I explained what he did in the visit and he said it sounded like he was very inexperienced. He even said he had seen previous patients of his! Arbuckle sent me a bill, which I refused to pay, and it eventually went to collection. He tried charging me $300+ for rebilling fees!!! I settled with the agency only paying the visit fees and their processing fee. He is still trying to get money from me!! I got a bill the other day! If you are a patient or thinking of seeing him, RUN!!!!
