They have the best staff ever, they have an incredible reminder system to remind you when either when you're due for an appt or if you have an appt, they have a great automated system to reminder that, per your choice, call, text or email and you can simply hit the right number if you can make your appt, or if something has come up & you aren't gonna be able to keep your appt, & yet another if need to reschedule. Dr Coombs is actually who usually sees my son and the 1st time he got the numbing inj,(his dad & I failed to mention a shot !) & he NEVER saw it in the dr's hand & my son had no idea he'd even received it! After about 5-10 min, he said, " Mom, it feels like my lip is swelling up, is it?" THATS A VERY GENTLE HAND I MUST SAY! I knew that day we had found my sons dentist! ‍

I called Dr. Ledbetter, it was 9 pm on a Saturday. He called me back at 9.05pm. He told me to meet him at his office in twenty minutes. 9.30pm rolls around and he pulls up in jeans and flip flops and a t shirt, poor guy.... He let me in and Checked me over. He gave me the blessing in needle for and pumped my gum full of bliss inducing Novacaine! He gave me a script for some antibiotics and i went home and actually rested. I have to say that he isn't my regular Dentist. The length that he went for me to feel some comfort was unsurpassed and is something i don't hear of anymore. Yes he charged me, but It wasn't a premium or after hours charge Just the Drugs and thats all. Either way what he did that night is actually truly priceless. I agreed and did that. While I was on the phone I scheduled a regular exam the earliest appointment was 4 weeks out. So I scheduled it. One day before my appointment they called to confirm. Since I was at work I was not able to call them back. An hour before my appointment I received a text message reminder of my appt. I responded "Thanks". When I got to the location in Ardmore, OK I was told my appointment was given to some else since I had not called back and confirmed. Interesting that when I was in pain four weeks prior they were not able to squeeze me in but on my appointment day my appointment was canceled so they could sqeeze someone else in. They went on to say that they would be able to see me but I would have to wait since someone else now had my appointment and we deffinetly wouldn't want them to wait four weeks to get in. Why on God's Green Earth would I want to stay and be treated as a patient by a dental group that would do this to someone. I was looking forward to the appointment. I was so blown away of this happening I just walked out. So, I would not suggest anyone to visit this location!!!

As a healthcare professional myself I believe this is UNPROFESSIONAL, and that's the nice way of putting it. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the dental hygienist Jessica is amazing, personable and kind. I will miss her. So if your insurance for some reason only covers Aspen, I feel sorry for you, but at least schedule with her and count on getting rescheduled multiple times... I am taking my business elsewhere.
