Rihanna I think her name is, is great help but the others ?? Not so much. In the last 2 weeks I have needed to speak to someone there for a variety of reasons. I have called 11 times and was never able to speak to a live person. I left 7 messages and recieved one call back, which resolved 2 of the messages I left but not the other 5. The main reason for the other 5 voicemails was in regards to script refills. My wife is a recovering stroke victim that can be susceptible to seizures. So it is imperative that she takes her medication on a scheduled time frame. The lady responsible for sending refill request to pharmacies obviously wasn't hired for her mathematical skills. When she looked at my wife's 30 day script that was filled on 10/16 told me that it couldn't be called in until 11/16. Anyone with half a brain or a calendar and the ability to count to 30 would know that 10/16 to 11/16 is 31 days. Then throw in the fact that October has 31 days in it. Means the 30 day mark was 11/14. So my wife had to go two days with a medication that she needs. Now our next script was filled 10/24. Again 30 days would be 11/23 except October still had 31 days in it so 11/22 would be the refill day. The 5 calls and messages that I have made this wee that were all unanswered was 1 on Monday, 2 on Tuesday and two on Wednesday. Tuesday being the day the script was due and when she ran out of that particular medication. Now it's Friday and they are closed for the holiday until Monday. So because of her ineptitude and lack of empathy and math skills she will be out of that medication for 7 days. Had they returned any of the 5 calls or responded to the two requests that the pharmacy also sent in one on Monday and one on Tuesday this could have been handled. But again the employees responsible for this part of her business are incompetent at the very best and purposely negligent at the worst.

We have had some confusion with the video visits but we are working on it. Other than that couldn't recommend Medical Arts Clinic enough. I'll probably switch there soon myself.
