Unfortunately, my puppy got a hold of my glasses and put some bad scratches in them. I couldn't afford new glasses again, so I went in and asked them if they could buff out the scratches for me. They felt bad for me, but, because they were bifocals they couldn't buff because it would change the prescription. They were really, really nice about it. So I left deciding I would just live with it. About a week later, they called to tell me that my new lenses were in. WHAT????????? They totally changed out my lenses at no charge to me. I had a failed root canal and was referred to them for extraction by my Dentist…read more They were pushing expensive implants. I did not indicate any interest in implants. I was there to have my failed root canal pulled. They charged me $250 for a 3D xray - I was led to believe that was needed to complete the extraction. I had to pay up front and they said my insurance would not pay for it. The dentist examined me went over my X-ray and said it needed extracted. i knew that already! They were unwilling to extract it that day and fast forward to now. I had difficulty with this office again in scheduling. I gave up and said send me my 3D xray. I then found a reputable Surgeon and took my 3D $250 xray to him. He informed me it was unnecessary and a simple xray is fine. It was then I learned that this office takes advantage of people in pain by pushing expensive unnecessary scans. so if I were going to get implants, this is the last place on earth I would get them. This office has problems keeping Dentists, they have different people every time you inquire.

Your meds are filled before you make it home from the dr. you have got to try the lidocaine cream relief. It is beyond amazing! My girlfriends tried their sleeping meds or Cream & I forgot to try it. they do soo much more than just feel your meds. they make HAND SANITIZER TOO!!! they treat you like family & they truly go above and beyond. I've moved my parents and grandmothers meds there.
