I was told that's all they had, which I can understand--but I would've gladly paid extra to have them dyed to match. That part was frustrating, but I let it go. This last experience, though, was beyond disappointing. They've had my boots since November--I remember because I didn't have them for an event I needed them for. I checked in a few times and kept being told they weren't ready. Then today (03/30/2026), I got a text saying they were ready for pickup. I drove over there, only to find out they hadn't even been worked on. I was told they couldn't get the material needed to finish them. I paid for services that were simply not done. On top of that, they completely botched a pair of my loafers. This company clearly has zero eye for detail and absolutely no care for their customers. They're happy to take your money without delivering on their promises. For the amount I paid, the results were insulting. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They should be out of business. They also did nothing on a belt that I brought. This company is absolutely the worst. Please stay away from them. They will only disappoint.

I really loved the space. When you walk in it definitely makes you forget that one of the busiest streets in San Antonio is right outside. The clothes are a bit pricey so don't expect to go there and find ridiculous thrift store bargains but it is a great place to go if you just got paid and need to treat yourself. Moda Luna carries everything from cute dresses to tops and jeans. Everything I saw is what I like to call the "inbetween" clothes. They're not super dressy but it's not your regular Gap t-shirt and jeans. I would definitely recommend stopping by Moda Luna, but be sure to call ahead because they just changed their hours and now close early on the weekdays.

Let's knot get it twisted: others in town will often send shoes elsewhere for repairs, which helps defray their costs but can take 4-6 weeks to finish the job! For the same price you can have your shoes back faster and know that they've been here in San Antonio the whole time! It's a no brainer for me. Had a cracked wheel on my Samsung suitcase. They do Samsung warranty work here. It doesn't look…read morelike new wheel but it was an older suitcase and they did fix the problem with what the wheel they found to replace the wheel. Took a little over a month for them to finish. You can complete the warranty papers online with Samsung for free or they can do it for you for a fee I believe.

Picked them up and noticed the dye from the soles had been smeared onto the linen fabric on both boots . I didn't feel comfortable trying to remove shoe dye from linen fabric so I took them to the Bitters location which is where they worked on them. The gentlemen who looked at them and took them to the back said they would clean them as a "courtesy" and that i can pick them up in 8 more days. No apology or im sorry for the mistake or the inconvenience of taking them to their other location. When I questioned that it was a "courtesy" and asked if i should be responsible for their mistake...their was no response and he just proceeded to hand me a ticket. I asked if he would like to see pics of the boots that i took while at the shop before they worked on them, he said "no I believe you". The discoloration on the worked on boots was obvious so i guess pics were not necessary. I have no problem if mistakes or sloppy work has been done as long as they do what they can to make things right. Instead, I was made to feel as if I was annoying them with something that I did to the boots and that they were doing me a favor by cleaning up their sloppy work. Ill be picking the boots up in 8 days and will follow up with pics.
