I just had some scratches on the screen so All I wanted was a new screen. I stopped in the store on a whim to see if someone could advise me. Wyatt, the manager, and John were both so helpful! They went beyond the extra mile. Wyatt had me call the helpline while I was sitting in the store. The rep was unable to hear me very well, so Wyatt spoke to him on my behalf. Wyatt really got the ball rolling and the rep reopened claim for a new screen. Voila!! John had the new screen put on in Only 15 minutes!!! I am beyond impressed. The helpful service I received! I highly recommend this California Avenue location of uBreakiFix by Asurion!

The good: He did ask for a deposit and the total cost was very reasonable. His attitude was friendly and professional The front area was clean and neat. The negatives had nothing to do with the quality of work. The ???: The Kindle was returned wrapped in plastic wrap and handed to me. I had to take it home, and charge it to see if it was repaired. (My bad, I should have asked to see if it worked). Jose wore his hat backwards. Guess he was having a bad hair day. When we walked in, the shop was completely empty with an eerie voice from the back saying, thank you I'll be right with you. Would there be someway to install some sort of partial partition so when a customer walks in they could see there was a live body actually there? Jose, Thank you for repairing my very special Kindle

The cellular store that fixed my phone said the battery looks new. I want to apologize for my previous review as I was upset and no proof on my allegations. The customer service with the follow up to rectify this is all I can ask for. Thank you sir. I would give them another chance if I lived here. The phone definitely had more issues than just the battery. Place in Vegas had to extract all the software and firmware and reinstalled new software.
