I had remained patient throughout the process and was not disrespectful, so this treatment was completely unacceptable. I paid $25 after he initially quoted $30-$35, yet he said I should be grateful because he had done more work than I paid for. Update tablet returned on 8/19/26…read more Wtaf!!! My tablet was taken in charged screen working with minimal cracks to the screen. The tablet will now not come on AND my screen is majorly damaged. They ordered 2 screens with no success in being able to fix my screen, fine, but to cause significantly more damage is ridiculous and terrible customer service. Needless to say, I am absolutely disappointed, dissatisfied and disgruntled concerning the care and level of neglect that my tablet was handled in. Disgusting!!!!! I'm aggravated. Tablet has been there for almost 2 weeks and I keep getting the run around. After this tablet is fixed I will never use them again. This has been the worst experience! Screen was ordered they told me it came in and the tech was working on it, now today they say they have to order the screen again. They needed a deposit of half to order. The would not accept a credit card for the repair or the deposit. I was told "they prefer cash for repair work". This leads me to believe they might have had a few chargebacks from customers as a result of their work (indication of perhaps poor quality) or they are not a legitimate business.
