The Casas team was on time and got straight to work removing the old roof on day one. The next day their delivery of materials was lifted by crane onto or home and a portable restroom arrived too. On time early again the next day and the team spent the entire day installing and making any repairs. They brought their beautiful green hauler to remove trash from their cleanup. Thanks Angel for constantly keeping in touch with updates and pictures. As a member of the Yelp family, I have found honest feedback from others' experiences. Good and bad. Carlos has reached out to me asking which color shingles and drip edge. The work is scheduled to start 1/13/26 and we're excited to get our new roof. Replied right away and came to surgery my home. Robert got up on the roof and we spoke afterwards. He said he'd send me an email that Sunday night. Everything seemed fine. When I didn't hear from him I text him. Today Tuesday he called me and said he couldn't do the job due to "liability reasons". An addition to my mobile home which is built just like a regular home was a problem, he said. I know where I live several home enclosed their patio making it into an a proper addition. So I'm not sure what the liability is. So, just a heads up yelpers, if you have a similar situation as mine.

He showed up exactly on time, explained their whole process to make sure I understood the scope of what needed to be done, and made sure to answer all of my questions, including some I thought of after he left. Their quote was on the lower end of the spectrum, but with an excellent warranty and references. We did end up with a $6k change-order for additional [hidden] damage that was not easily detectible during the initial inspection, but it was not surprising, as the roof had not been replace in well over 20 years and there were noticeable soft spots when walking on the roof due to rotten plywood under the shingles. Even with the change-order, the total cost was extremely reasonable, and came in under my projected budget. The work crew arrived promptly on day one and introduced themselves and apologized that it was going to be noisy/messy for the next few days. Every day, they cleaned up the trash very thoroughly and magnet rolled to make sure nothing was left behind. This was a big concern for me as I have two dogs that I don't want stepping on or eating debris. I was originally quoted 5-7 days for the entire project, and they finished in 4. The roof looks amazing. I would definitely recommend them, and if we decide to add solar in the future, we will go straight to them because the company has been phenomenal to work with.

Of the three we called...One never called back. The other one and All Service Roofing came out to do an estimate. The first company came out and gave an estimate that cost $$$. Bryan from All Service Roofing came out and did an estimate and found the same issues as the other company. When it came down to cost, All Service Roofing was a fraction of what the other company quoted. On the day of the repair, Carlos and his team showed up in the timeframe that was agreed upon and started working right away. They uncovered the roof tiles and started the repairs. They worked quickly and efficiently. The whole project took about an hour to complete. What amazed me was amazing to me was that All Service Roofing did the same work as the other company and did a fantastic job at a fraction of the price.
