Even before my first appointment Kathleen made sure that she asked about what it was I was looking for and offered options so that I was aware of what she was coming to discuss. Our new curtains look wonderful, the install took maybe 30 minutes probably less (enough time to switch a load of laundry and answer a few emails). It was very easy to schedule the delivery and install of the curtains, I got regular updates on where things were while we were waiting on delivery. We're very happy with our decision on our new curtains and I would absolutely come back if we ever needed more window treatments done. I had gotten quotes from three different companies and they were top of the list but the quality and the delivery were absolutely there and so the price is 100% justified.

We really didn't know the difference between blinds, shades, shutters, etc, but he brought us catalogs and we recognized shutters as the "window treatments" we liked best having stayed in air-bnbs. Turns out we have great taste, because this is NOT the cheapest way to go, but they worked with us on the cost so we could get what we wanted without breaking our budget. Now that the shutters are installed, I'm so glad we were able to make it happen. Our home looks completely transformed. The turn-around time was most impressive. A co-worker told me we might have to wait 2-3 months for shutters to be manufactured. We also recently replaced our windows and didn't want to re-hang the old blinds. Express Blinds had custom shutters made for 18 windows, a sliding door, and a half-circle window in 3 weeks! We worked with Linda to arrange for the installation to follow within a week of the window installation. She too is top-notch professional. She waited on me to get her a target date based on windows, then arranged for the installation to come less than a week later. She even called the afternoon before to tell me exactly when they would arrive. They arrived on time and completed the entire job in a single day.
