I got a baseline quote over the phone. Then I came in person at their shop and chose my carpet from a large selection of sample carpets. They procured the carpet next day from their local supplier and met me at the house and installed the carpet in approximately one hour. They've replaced all of the floors and baseboards with a combination of tile planks and talavera tiles. All rooms have been painted with new doors and trim.
