We had a tricky flooring issue with about three and a half inches of drop in some areas and met with a few general contractors who mostly complained about how hard it would be. Robert actually took the time to understand the problem instead of trying to upsell us. He showed up about 15 minutes early, reviewed the situation, asked the right questions and set clear expectations for what realistically needed to happen. They've replaced all of the floors and baseboards with a combination of tile planks and talavera tiles. All rooms have been painted with new doors and trim. Several doors that were never installed correctly were re-installed and repainted. Walls and backsplashes were tiled with incredible artistry.
