The buttons had fallen out, it was cracked, and it was long overdue for retirement. The dealership would have charged me an arm and a leg and probably my whole salary but Busy Bees saved me big time! Travis cut and programmed my replacement car key on the spot. He was super friendly, personable, and a great conversationalist. I was in and out in about 15 to 20 minutes. Luckily, I was the first one there with no appointment. So no wait! Woot! They also have multiple locations and their hours vary so check out their website for the details. You can book online or just walk-in like I did. They also have other services and is mobile. You can really tell this is a family-owned business that loves what they do. No upsell, no pressure. Well I made the stop to come in and check to see how long the offer was good for?! They had provided me with a reference number and was easy to pull up in their system! Super awesome. They honored the quote! When I walked in, I saw one employee helping another customer and the others on the phone, this establishment is big yet small. They offer "come to you" service as they have a couple of vans and a small parking lot in addition to parking on the street. It is located off the main street, so parking was easy to find. I was in and out in 15 minutes, because I came in with a key that was already cut. However, the gentleman before me was getting a key cut and by the time I was leaving, they were programing the key to his car so he would have left minutes after I did.
